Okay, I'll do the recap before going to Round 3:Previously on Big Brother 13: What If? although the veterans got a victory when Keith was evicted, Cassi won the next HOH competition, much to Radon's dismay. Radon was further enraged when Jeff & Jordan chose to throw the Have Not competition. Cassi chose to put Jeff & Jordan up so she could backdoor Radon. When Jeff won the POV competition, Kalia tried to get Cassi to backdoor Lawon & Shelly (thus saving Radon), but Cassi stuck to her guns and backdoored Radon. Brendon wanted to throw himself on his own sword, but everyone else wanted Rachel gone! And after Rachel had a nervous breakdown while facing the Chenbot, Jeff won the third HOH competition, saving himself & Jordan.

Before the houseguests are herded out, Cassi gives Brendon his Golden Key and he sadly watches Rachel's picture fade to black and white. Brendon says that he'd rather be gone than have to watch his fiancee's picture fade to black and white -- again. He doesn't want the Golden Key but he has to have it.
Dominic says that although the Regulators lost a member there are still three left and there are still five newbies aligned together. He wants Jeff gone next; failing that, he'll settle for Shelly as she's the only newbie aligned with the vets that he can go for.
We once again see Jeff win the HOH competition and watch him celebrate in the Diary Room. He notes that this win was huge for him, since if he or Jordan had lost they would most likely be backdoored given Jeff's ability to win competitions. Now the newbies can sweat again.
Cassi plans on trying to be extra nice to Jeff & Jordan just in case Jeff has a grudge against her for using him & Jordan as pawns in a successful attempt to get rid of Radon. Meanwhile, Lawon notes that there are three newbie pairs that could go up -- and he and Shelly are one of them.
When the other houseguests head back inside, Jeff & Jordan celebrate their safety. Jordan notes that as long as Adam, Dominic, Lawon or Porsche didn't win she'd have felt safe. But Jeff won so she's happy!
Adam is worried about being targeted by Jeff & Jordan but he thinks Cassi & Dominic are bigger targets. Indeed, we see Jeff telling Jordan that they should put up Cassi & Dominic but make Dominic the target. It's not personal (at least not with Cassi), it's just strategic.
Meanwhile, Cassi & Dominic are talking about how to keep themselves off the chopping block. They want Jeff to put up Lawon & Shelly and try to arrange things so that Shelly goes home. In private, Cassi says that she'll try to convince Jeff & Jordan that since neither Lawon nor Shelly have done anything this far, they should go up.
Later that night, Jeff urges everyone to put on a fake smile and see his HOH room! Shelly likes seeing photos of all the people Jeff talks about. Jeff has a letter from one of his nieces and it reveals how much they love each other. Jeff also has a second letter, this one from the adults in his family. He feels motivated now.
Cassi then pleads her case to Jeff & Jordan, pointing out that she wants to be around for awhile and will do whatever they ask if they'll save her. She also appeals to Jeff's competitive side, noting that she & Dominic have done well in competitions but Lawon & Shelly haven't done well in any. Jeff & Jordan agree with her and send her off with a hug.
Jeff and Jordan agree that although Cassi would not split them up before the jury phase, Dominic would, so it would be best to get rid of Dominic. Some time later, Lawon comes up and makes his plea, saying that he'll do whatever they want but he's too incoherent for them to understand.
Jeff, Jordan and Brendon (who is with the couple now) all agree that Lawon is just a floater and Brendon is all for putting him & Shelly up, since they haven't done anything. But he also thinks that Adam & Porsche are options because they are also floaters whereas Cassi & Dominic at least compete.
The next day, Cassi is in the kitchen complaining to Dominic about his snoring. Jeff chimes in as well, calling Dominic’s very existence disgusting, but it’s clear he’s joking. We then get a montage of Dominic’s “wake the dead” snores at night, to the point where Jeff (who is admittedly a light sleeper) starts chucking ping pong balls at Dominic’s head to get him to stop.
Jeff later excitedly pops out of the storage room to announce the first luxury competition! More important, even the Golden Key Holders get to compete, which means it'll be Dicque's first competition since the first HOH one. Jeff adds that there are no Have Nots for this week, much to Jordan's delight.
The group goes outside and finds a red carpet waiting for them. Immediately, everyone begins to speculate that a celebrity might be joining them (this was hinted during Thursday’s live show), with Adam squeaking that he hopes it’s Tori Spelling.
From behind the nearby curtain walks a short bald man whom none of them have ever seen before. He introduces himself as an ordinary person who shares a name with a celebrity in an attempt to cross-promote a new CBS reality show where celebrities and like-monikered people switch lives for a few days.
The mystery man awkwardly reads the rules of the competition off the card. Whenever the horn sounds, a clue to his name will appear in the yard. When one of the players thinks they know the answer, they must ring a nearby bell, then rush to the diary room to make their guess. First one to get it right wins. We see Jeff saying that it'll be bad PR to win the competition, so he won't try to win it.
The first clue is a plate with bars of soap and opera binoculars. Cassi thinks it might have something to do with soap operas, although she also notes that the binoculars might refer to people watching others. That leads her to remember Baywatch and she asks Dominic who is the star of it. When he tells her it's David Hasselhoff, she rushes to ring the bell and guess him.
When the second clue comes up (a microphone on a stand), Dicque concludes that the guy is a soap opera star who also sings. Brendon guesses Michael C. Hall, the star of Dexter but is clearly wrong. Jeff whispers to Porsche that it might be Michael Bolton but Porsche guesses Michael Jackson! And Lawon guesses Barbra Streisand!
The horn sounds again, and out of the diary room steps a knight holding a red floatation device used by lifeguards. Cassi then realizes that she actually guessed correctly, and Shelly and Jordan both rush in to guess David Hasselhoff. Meanwhile, the others just guess their favorite stars.
Finally, the house, and the audience, is put out of its misery by the sound of a car engine being revved up. They all go outside and find the Hoff, sitting inside the classic Pontiac Trans-Am itself, K.I.T.T. He jumps out of the car and greets the masses, wearing his trademark “Don’t Hassel the Hoff” shirt. He’s even credited on the show as “The Hoff.”
The houseguests take David on a tour of the house, complete with a visit to the Have Not room. Hasselhoff, who has been in and out of rehab over the course of his career, notes that he’s seen a similar room before. Dominic gets the pleasure of tucking him in to one of the cots, calling it the ultimate prize of the competition.
With everyone gathered in the living room, David announces that Cassi is the winner. Her prize is an “advance screening” of the new show he and his bald-headed counterpart are appearing in. She also gets to pick three friends to join her. She chooses Jeff, Jordan and Shelly.
Dominic isn't happy but Cassi tells him that she chose Jordan and Shelly because they also guessed correctly and she chose Jeff because he was partnered with Jordan. Dominic is relieved by this and also notes that at least he can flirt with Porsche as Cassi's taking showmance things slowly.

Adam & Porsche,
Cassi & Dominic
& Lawon & Shelly.
