LAST EDITED ON 10-27-11 AT 10:50 AM (EST)Here is the next part:
Kalia squeals in delight for several long moments before calming down enough to say that she now knows how it feels to be the new HOH. Dominic confidently predicts that Jeff will be going down and Jeff himself says, "I'm doomed -- unless I get to play for the PoV competition. If not, I'm sunk."
When the houseguests are allowed back inside, Jeff, Jordan, and Shelly make a beeline for the Have Not room. Once inside, Jeff jokes that it was nice being back for a week. Jordan tries to convince him that things might change since the week had only just begun, but he is dubious.
Shelly insists that she really tried to win. Jeff and Jordan reassure her that they know she tried her hardest. Jeff now congratulates Kalia, saying that she proved herself.
Jeff says that his best chance to save himself is to be put on the block right away. If that doesn't work, he has to hope that he's chosen by one of the other houseguests. Jordan agrees, saying that if a newbie wins the PoV, they'll take one of the nominees off the block and put Jeff up as a replacement.
In the candy bedroom, Cassi, Dominic, Kalia and Porsche all celebrate by silently dancing. In private, Cassi notes that Adam isn't with them and she suspects he's drifting to Dicque's side. However, she isn't too worried, since although Dicque is strategic, Jeff and Jordan are bigger threats.
The celebration is immediately broken up by Jeff's arrival. He shakes Kalia's hand and congratulates her. He then says that he's grateful that he's going to have a week with Jordan before he has to go to the jury.
Some time later Cassi reassures Kalia and Porsche that she is willing to have Jeff backdoored but is worried that Jeff will still get chosen to play in the PoV competition. Kalia and Porsche say that they'll have to cross that bridge when they come to it and Cassi agrees.
Right after BBAD goes off the air, Kalia gets called into the DR. She's in there long enough that some of the HG start to wonder if something's up, but soon she emerges with the HoH key and they all go do the HoH Room thing. After showing off all her pictures and other stuff in the HoH room and reading her letter, Kalia then says, "Before any of you guys go back downstairs, I have some news for you from BB. There will be no Have-not competition tomorrow. But as always in BB, expect the unexpected." As they all momentarily ponder what that could mean, the veterans and Shelly go downstairs, followed shortly thereafter by Cassi, Adam and Dominic.
Porsche remains behind, and Kalia says, "I'm not gonna say up too late because I've got a feeling tomorrow's gonna be a long-a$$ed day. I think BB's gonna be up to something, I just don't know what. But before I sack out for the night, I wanna know what you think about the nominations this week. Do I put Jeff up right off the get-go, or do I backdoor him, and who do I use as pawns? There wouldn't seem to be a lot of choices, as there are only three veterans left, but with it now being jury time there are implications to every move we make, and I want to know what you think."
Porsche says, "You know I'm all for using the back door. I think you should try to give him as little chance as possible of being pulled off the block. I'd put Shelly and Jordan up. Jordan actually might not use the PoV if she wins it for fear of Jeff getting put up, and if whoever got it didn't use it, we could either go ahead and punt Jordan or get Shelly out since Shelly is clearly with the veterans."
"But what about Evil Dicque?" says Kalia. "We can't trust him either, plus he's a former winner who knows the game like the back of his hand." "Not as much of a threat as the others," says Porsche. "I don't see that old f@rt getting many votes between him being a former winner and being such a nasty guy last time he played. I think any of us can beat him in front of the jury, including the other vets."
Downstairs in the backyard, which was pretty quickly cleaned up after the HoH game, the vets, Shelly and Adam are talking game. After hashing it around for the better part of an hour, Jeff says, "Everything you guys have just said all sounds fine and dandy, but I guarantee you that if they don't put me up initially, they'll backdoor me. I'm the biggest target in this house, for a lot of reasons. I gotta win that PoV if I get to play for it, that's all there is to it."
"Might not Jordan or Dicque make better targets, though?" says Adam. "Both are ex-winners and Jordan is sweet as sugar." "She might be sweet as sugar and we both might have won this sucker," says Dicque, "but Jeff is the one most of this house fears in competitions, and you gotta get to the final before you can win the damn thing. Everybody in there right now, and probably most of us too, will want to get Jeff out to keep him from getting us out first."
Indeed, we see Cassi coming up to talk game strategy with Kalia and Porsche. She has come to the conclusion that the only way to make sure that Jeff goes for good is to backdoor him and just hope that he doesn't get to play for the PoV.
Porsche is especially delighted with this and suggests that they put up Jordan and Shelly. Cassi then reveals that she thinks Adam is drifting over to Dicque's side and she suspects that Dicque might be trying to use Adam as a side alliance or maybe even bring him into the veterans' alliance.
Kalia agrees with Cassi's suggestion of putting Dicque up as a pawn. They quickly agree that Jordan should be the other pawn. Although Porsche thinks that Dicque can easily lose against any of the others, Cassi says that he's strategic enough that she's worried about his chances. But for now, he's just a pawn.
After Cassi leaves, Shelly comes up and begs Kalia and Porsche not to put her on the block. Kalia says that she doesn't view Shelly as big a threat as some others but Porsche wants her put up because of her known allegiance to Jeff and Jordan. Shelly tries to explain the reasons for her loyalty and then leaves.
Adam comes up then and Kalia asks him if Cassi is right in thinking that Dicque might be trying to get him into the veterans' alliance. Adam says that he thinks he can win very easily against Dicque, but he's still tied to the newbies.
Kalia contemplates her nominations and we get the usual commentary from the peanut gallery. Shelly is worried that she'll be put up. Although she thinks it's just as a pawn, being put up will really hurt. Adam is worried that he'll be put up since it seems his loyalty is being questioned now.
Jeff thinks his best shot is to be a nominee right away. As he says this, Kalia looks at the pictures on the memory wall and says that she has to do what is best for herself and for all the others. And she knows what is best.
With that, Kalia makes her decision and summons the houseguests inside, bringing out the Magic Cheese Wheel of Death. She pulls out Porsche's key first. Porsche pulls out Dominic's key next. Dominic then pulls out Cassi's key next. Cassi then pulls out Adam's key. Adam pulls out Shelly's key and a relieved Shelly pulls Jeff's key out last.
"I have nominated you, Dicque and you, Jordan," Kalia says. "You both have qualities that make you threats. You are as sweet as sugar, Jordan, and you are very strategic, Dicque. I need to target threats and make sure the biggest one goes to the jury. This ceremony is over."
Jeff says that it's clear to him that he'll be backdoored. He has to play for the PoV or else he's doomed. Dicque notes that he's a pawn and if he didn't know that pawns often went home he'd be just fine with it. He hopes that Jeff or Jordan don't win the PoV, or else he might be sunk.
Jordan says that her only chance of keeping Jeff around is to win the PoV. Since nobody can target him, she hopes he will use it on her to save her as well. Kalia just hopes that Jeff has no chance to compete or that he does and loses to someone else. They have to get rid of Jeff.
****************************************************************
Okay, Dicque and Jordan are the nominees. Now I want you to decide who will be competing for the PoV besides Dicque, Jordan and Kalia and who will win the PoV. I'll take votes until tomorrow and the three people with the most votes will compete for the PoV, while the one with the most votes wins it.
