After the live eviction and Jeff's interview with the Chenbot, the HG are summoned to the backyard for the HoH competition. The competition is set up as a series of questions about evicted HG Keith, Rachel and Lawon, with 2 people at a time competing, and the winner choosing the next 2 people. Cassi as outgoing HoH cannot compete, but the other 8 HG can, and they draw names for the first two spots, with Porsche and Kalia drawing to go first. Porsche gives a very blonde (and wrong) answer to the first question, and Kalia wins that one and chooses D!ck and Brendon to go next. D!ck buzzes in first with the right answer, and chooses Kalia and Shelly to go next. Kalia gets the right answer and picks D!ck and Jordan to go next. D!ck throws this question to Jordan by intentionally giving a wrong answer, and Jordan chooses Adam and Dominic to go next. Adam gets the right answer to this one, and the only other two people left, Jordan and Kalia, step up for the next question. Kalia buzzes in but misses the question, leaving Jordan and Adam to go at it in the final question, which Jordan buzzes in and gets right to become the new HoH.

Jordan doesn't celebrate much, but gives a little fist pump of victory with a determined look on her face. Brendon looks at Evil D!ck and says, "Did you throw that?" D!ck looks at him and say, "You bet your @$$ I threw that. There are at least 3 or 4 more people in the house more likely than I am to be targets this week, and since I don't think I'm in that much danger, I wasn't gonna be the guy who put Jordan's hide on the line after the week she's had. Evil D!ck is the biggest pr!ck in the history of BB, but evem I'm not nasty enough to kick Jordan when she's down. And it worked out pretty well for me, since she won HoH."

The HG slowly filter into the house, and D!ck and Adam are the last two in. Just before they go in, Adam looks at D!ck and says, "You know, all those questions were about Lawon, Keith and Rachel. I understand not having any about Jeff since he just got evicted tonight, but having them about those three makes me think they have something to do with this twist Julie keeps talking about." D!ck says, "Well, all three of those might have been sequestered in case of possible reentry, and Daniele had the flu so damn bad when she left that she probably went to the hospital, so she wouldn't have been sequestered. I think they're gonna have an America's Vote between those 3 and Jeff, and the winner will have something to do with this twist thing. I just haven't figured out what." Adam says, "Hmmmm," and they go inside to join the other HG who are already busily scheming for the upcoming nominations.
