Okay, we have a tie between the two people on the block. However, it's a team competition, so here are the results:The veterans all go upstairs, with Dicque very sad. He wanted Daniele to win since she hadn't won before and now she can't do so because of illness. He thinks the veterans still have a chance because Kalia and Shelly are closely aligned with the veterans; still, he can't help the veterans in competitions. If he'd earned a Golden Key fair and square, it might be different, but he hadn't done so.
As Jeff tries to console Dicque, Jordan comes in and reveals that Dominic was smiling as he talked to Cassi, which makes Brendon so mad that he's willing to go downstairs and start a fight with Dominic. However, Dicque tries to talk Brendon out of it, which makes Rachel yell at him.
Everyone is distraught, thinking that they've lost. However, Jeff points out that it's still just the first week and things can turn around. They can continue winning competitions and can continue chipping away at the wall that separates the veterans and newbies.
He further reminds them that Kalia is willing to go up if Keith goes and that Shelly is aligned with him & Jordan. He feels that they can still win this, even though the situation is bad. Rachel agrees that they should just think positive and try to win the POV so that the nominations remain the same.
Meanwhile, the veterans that are still aligned get together and Cassi urges Dominic not to get too cocky over Daniele's leaving since there might still be a vote. They can only get cocky if they win the POV. Adam notes that with Daniele out, they could get Dicque on their side, especially if they get one of Radon mad at Dicque.
Cassi thinks that's a great idea and she asks Adam to work on Dicque. Dominic also thinks it's a great idea. Adam plans to spend time with Dicque and convince him that he will have an easier time outwitting newbies than veterans, which the other newbies like.
They also consider who should go up in case Cassi or Dominic win the POV. Cassi plans to foster discord between Radon and Jeff & Jordan by subtly suggesting that Radon will try to split up Jeff & Jordan instead of taking them and Dicque to the Final 5. But if that doesn't work, there's always the suggestion of Keith & Kalia or Lawon & Shelly.
Keith thinks that Lawon & Shelly should go up as Kalia's willing to sell him out on a platter. However, Lawon points out that Jeff & Jordan will vote for Shelly to stay. Adam also suggests that it would be easier to get Dicque on board if they target Kalia instead of Shelly.
It's now time for the POV competition! But before it begins, Rachel gives Dicque his Golden Key. Dicque plans to use his Golden Key to cultivate allies since his social game isn't great. He also notes that Adam admires Dicque.
Now to the POV selection. As has been done in previous seasons, only six people will compete for the POV. Normally this means the HOH, the two nominees, and three others selected by random draw. But because of the pairs format, the HOH’s partner will also automatically compete, so Brendon is also taking part. That means that only one other pair will get to play. Rachel reaches into the bag and pulls Keith & Kalia's names. Adam is selected to be the host.
Before the competition, the veterans try one last attempt to get Cassi to throw the competition. However, Cassi tells them that she's going to try her hardest to win. Dicque tells her that he admires her for that but Jeff & Jordan are disappointed and Radon threatens to go all out to get rid of her.
When Dicque points out that threats won't ensure that Cassi throws the POV competition, Brendon sarcastically notes that Dicque is in no position to talk since he can't compete and Rachel supports Brendon. Dicque then threatens to leave the veterans' alliance if they can't think strategically. Jeff finally calms the argument down while Cassi leaves, delighted over this turn of events.
Adam comes bursting out of the storage room dressed as a police officer to signal the beginning of the POV competition, and everyone heads into the back yard. There, they see that the yard is decorated like a crime-addled urban street, with dirty roads and broken windows on the walls, as well as a lot of garbage off to the sides.
The players come out in matching superhero costumes. Basically they’re little more than leotards with capes. Brendon & Rachel are in red, Keith & Kalia are in yellow, and Cassi & Dominic are in blue. We find out that Kalia plans to throw the competition since she wants to go up on the block and get Keith out.
Here’s how the competition will work: Each duo has a “damaged” skyscraper, which is really just a jigsaw puzzle, a few feet above them. The men will run across the yard and grab puzzle pieces, which they will hand to their female counterparts. As they run, the girls will be pulled up so they can place the pieces on the board (each duo is harnessed together by a system of ropes and pulleys). The first team to complete their puzzle (which spells out “VETO,” so only an idiot would fail) wins the Power of Veto.
And they're off! Brendon wants to win to ensure the nominations stay the same. Dominic wants to win so he & Cassi can get off the block. Kalia plans on sabotaging Keith, but Keith wants to at least make sure he's not on the chopping block.
Brendon and Keith get out ahead of Dominic, but Kalia gives Keith wrong information on purpose. But although Brendon is faster than Dominic, Cassi is better at the puzzle than Rachel, who is having a real brain cramp. Brendon yells at Rachel, which doesn't help matters any. Therefore:
Adam: Cassi & Dominic have won the Power of Veto!
Cassi & Dominic get the Veto necklace and Dominic gives it to Cassi because she was better in the puzzles. In their Diary Room sessions, Cassi & Dominic are thrilled that they saved themselves and plan on taking themselves off the block.
Brendon is berating Rachel for failing in the puzzle and Rachel looks beaten down. Meanwhile, Keith blames Kalia, claiming that she threw the challenge. Kalia is delighted with this turn of events, since she plans on convincing the veterans to put her & Keith up so they can get rid of Keith.

Okay, Cassi & Dominic have won the Veto and I fully plan on having them take themselves off the block (since neither one is Marcellus). You now must decide which couple goes on the chopping block. I will take votes until tonight or tomorrow morning and the pair with the most votes will go up in place of Cassi & Dominic. In case of a tie, I will break it. Rachel & Brendon are out because Rachel is HOH and Dicque has the Golden Key so he's out as well.
