Mabus The Antichrist Registered User Posts: 222 (10/30/03 1:11 pm) Reply Regrettable incident tonight, press conference tomorrow -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just heard a Probst interview on a D.C. morning radio show and he stated that the regrettable incident is on tonight's show. He also stated that it was "in the top 5" of regrettable incidents for the show, whatever that means. Basically said the same thing he's said before, that he thinks the player involved will regret their decision.
Has to be Osten, imo, since he's leaving. I think he will beg to be voted out at Morgan's TC -- something that's "never happened before on Survivor." So everyone complies and votes him off.
The decision would be regrettable if Morgan eventually dominates the endgame and he could have potentially made it to the F4. Michelle said that the contestants are not allowed to talk to each other, so the supposition would be that the pre-jury boots don't know how the game ends (though of course that may not be true, but...), hence Osten will regret his decision more than he realizes.
