Christina's confessional about finding Colton on the ground was ex post facto, not as alarmed as she was in the moment, and was probably recorded at the same time as the Alicia and Jonas confessionals after Colton was medically evacuated. Everybody wave Colton bye-bye, watch as he's taken away, then everyone to confessional. Whatever else she said at that time, that bit was lifted for storytelling purposes.

Timelining it. Colton has a bad night but finally got to sleep, got up in the morning feeling beat up. Morning confessionals. Colton went off to urinate at some point, could have been right after he woke up. Came back. Some time passes, a few hours perhaps, he feels worse and worse, excuses himself again to get away from others for awhile, maybe try to walk it off. Ends up on the ground at some point.

Christina comes off as compassionate throughout all this, Alicia ends up looking self-centered, Colton in a skirt and without the HII.

I'm pretty certain the final words were lifted from a confessional before Colton had the HII.
