I went and listened to the podcast and understandably, he was more concerned about Joe because of his age. But, it was in regard to dehydrating quicker and in regard to fractures. The older you are the more porous your bones are, so he was concerned for Joe scaling all of the obstacles in challenges. When the interviewer asked about Joe's finger infection he said that was related to what he had and what Liz had. He said it nailed him and it nailed Neal as well.

He said that he didn't have Staph, but he didn't culture it, he didn't want to know. So, sounds like he didn't know what he had. But, clearly, it was at the Brains site.

So, I take this that it confirms that both Joe and Neal had what he and Liz had. So, one of them OR both of them are leaving the game due to infection. Looking more and more like Tai may NOT be medivac'd as previously was thought?

It's a flip of the coin for me as to who goes. The one that feels sick or has a fever is likely the one that will be removed...but wouldn't be surprised if one leaves that day, and the other leaves at night...?
