We can learn a lot by looking at the press images and the timeline.

IC arrival on 4/17 ~ 9:25
9:42 ~ they are all seen competing in the IC in the first round
11:29 ~ they are all back at camp
2:00pm ~ Medical and Jiffy seen arriving by boat
2:01 ~ Jiffy and Medical are seen at camp with all of the DAWS, they are in their positions with Neal in front on the stump. I think that this is the positioning they were in when he arrived, so I don't necessarily think they came to just examine one of them.

I listened to RHAP a few days ago and Peter told Rob he had infections on his hand and on his back. He had to go to the hospital and required surgery as well. His hand was so bad he couldn't hold a machete. He said, he felt sick, that he was "septic" on the day of his removal. That means the infection had spread systemically...I am sure that they cleaned him up a lot on removal and started him on antibiotics right away, then sent him for surgery at the larger city. Clearly, this is a virulent strain of Staphylococcus. So, considering that the two people from the Brains tribe that had been removed both were sick with infection and needed to be seriously treated, I think that medical has requested to examine them all.

Really sounds like he is taking someone out of the game here, to me. Most likely it would be either Neal or Joe. So, will there not be a TC if someone is evacuated?

Remember someone will still be evacuated at night, due to an infection...
