milkachulina, welcome to RTVW.
Please note that this section of the website is called Survivor Bashers and we often satirize or mock physical features, accents, perceived intelligence, behavior, game play and other qualities of the Survivor contestants, the host and even the Executive Producer.
I have been a member here for more than seven years and with the exception of Trolls (outside posters who post and then disappear just to stir up trouble) I have not found people here to be prejudiced or cruel. We have the utmost respect for each other and though we may disagree, people here listen to and discuss all sorts of opinions without personal attacks.
I hope you stay and discover this for yourself.
I believe that the photo montage was meant to represent the way NaOnka has been playing the game; she undoubtedly has presented herself as someone who is self-centered, lies, steals, and eats food that is meant to be shared equally.
She's no victim of editing. NaOnka has crafted her own image as a "villain" and I would say that her behavior not only "merits" this type of reaction, but demands it. It's intentional on NaOnka's part. In the world of Survivor, she is someone that contestants want to stay in the game. She has made enemies through her own behavior and would be a logical choice for anyone to take to the Final 2.
Is this a flaw in the game of Survivor? Perhaps. But this type of behavior, week after week, brings out strong reactions from viewers. You might tell people what you respect about NaOnka and her game play and perhaps sway some to your point of view. (Maybe you'll find some people that feel exactly the same way that you do.) That's just one of the interesting things about this forum.
That's my reaction to your comment about the photo montage and my opinion about the general tone of this thread. Others may want to comment about individual remarks, but that's not my place.
