LAST EDITED ON 08-22-01 AT 08:10 AM (EST)You want to go on a cruise now because those sailing vessels are the best way to go. I've been on two Windjammer cruises and they are the best. I was never on the Mandy, but I was on her sister ship, the Fantome (it was lost at sea in Mitch, and was a great loss of crew and ship) and I had the best times. The ships themselves are awesome, beautiful, things. Magnificient is the word that comes to mind for me, and then when they raise the sail to Amazing Grace, w/bagpipes playing and the wind in your hair and the sun, it is awe-inspiring, truly a most do for anyone that likes the sun, sea, and the freedom of sailing on a vessel of this sort. Not to mention the wonderful crews that are on these ships, they will do anything to make your trip more comfortable and fun and I have to add, safe also. If I would ever go on a cruise again, the only way I would go would be on a Windjammer Barefoot cruise...especially since I saw Capt. Stewart was on this cruise, I'd sail with him again anytime. He's a cool guy, a good Captian, one of WJ's best...just do it...Wonderland
