Hey there! I've been on Fantome, Polynesia, Yankee Clipper and Mandalay previously. Yes, I've experienced all the activities. LOL. They still do all that stuff to some degree, depending on the "mood" of the passengers on board each week. Capt. Stewart is the "safety officer" of the fleet, last I saw him/heard. So, it would make sense that he was there for the filming, etc., and at the helm. Hot tub?! LMAO!!! It's been over a year, so I doubt there will be anything still there. I think she's been in dry dock since the filming . . . but the crew should be the same for the most part. Of course, it's completely possible that they brought in their own stewards and bartenders, etc. for the show. Who knows? I just thought it was incredibly weird that now that the show is finally airing, so long after being filmed, that it's the week I'll be there. Hee hee.
