"RE: Meryl & Val - Tango" I think whoever ended up with Val would have come out ahead of their original partnership. ;) I found it interesting that with Maks's reputation, Val seemed to think he was "meaner" than his brother this week. Derrick really struggles when he's given an older and less physically fit parner. Moreso than some of the other guys, IMO. I agree that Cheryl with James was a nice switch. I think Julianne is out of line. To accuse a professional who has worked hard their entire life on their craft of phoning it in is probably the biggest insult you can give them.... I saw no evidence of it. You can accuse Maks of being a jerk, insensitive, etc....but I don't think phoning it in is it. Plus, Mark is Derek Hough's best friend.
