Jim is totally freaking out. I really believe that Martha and the producers are keeping him on the show for ratings. Of course they aren't going to get rid of him yet because there are plenty of viewers who tune in just to see what kind of crazy antics Jim will pull next. Martha is too smart and business savvy to actually consider someone like him for her company. The only thing he is good for is cheesy TV. But then again, does anyone think he is just acting for the show?

He is done the next time he goes to the conference room. Martha even pretty much said that he is a liability, but has the merit of being interesting. I'm not sure if that just amuses her or it's simply good for ratings.
The guy is a loose cannon and seriously unbalanced. He's just been much better at making sure that he plays with SOME strategy and there has been somebody who actually failed at the task in the boardroom with him.

I already know you don't, but I REALLY want to believe you look like the Pringles guy. J Slice

Medication is a must!!! Adults are now being diagnosed with ADHD and Jim should be the poster child. He is a raving lunatic. However, I agree that he does add some spice to the show. Kinda reminds me of Sam from the other Apprentice show. Nevertheless, his days are numbered. He's a loose canon and Martha would be crazy to let him anywhere near her staff or company that she's built.

I definetly agree jim needs some meds right away, I feel sorry for his wife, I am sure shes glad hes out of the house ,hes so loud he would be constantly be waking the new baby I just cant imagine him a father going to the pta meeting, his poor wife needs to run for the hills before he gets fired

that is a great point- I never thought about that . Jim tests the PM's ability to control roudy employees. Anyone could ahve a potential Jim working for them one day. If that is a reason Martha is keeping him, she is very smart.

After watching Jim's audition tape, I am convinced he was chosen just for entertainment purposes.
I cannot believe Martha Stewart would ever consider someone
like Jim in her company.
From what I have read the show is not doing well, so Jim will last to the end, of course I don't think he will win.
I like the show, but I truly am getting sick of watching Jim's antics

I would want Jim on my team.
As long as you are a good project manager and can control him, he is a great weapon to have.
Jim does great as long as he doesn't feel like he has nothing to lose. When he is backed into a corner, I believe he would do anything to get out of it.
Also he seems to be great in the boardroom. Stays calm and constantly and consistantly attacks and defends.
I would much rather have him as a friend than a foe.
If you have Jim defending for you, you will not go home.

I am still struggling with the opening this week with Jim gloating to his roomates. "I told her not to take me in there" I am well aware that he is being kept on there for ratings, but keeping him on there after so many complaints from the customers and managers of the supermarkets seemed almost like a slap in their face. They were willing to open their markets (I am aware that it brought in revenue, but it is not always a "good thing") It seems like no matter a applicants behavior and no matter how the store owner complains their opinion matters not. At least that is how I would feel had I been the store owner.

I have to say that last night Jim came across as calm, intelligent, reasonable and serious. He had good ideas and worked hard to contribute. He really looked like a great candidate if you take last night as a single snapshot of his ability.
Looks like he's back to regular 'evil Jim' form next week.

Yeah, that was a real object lesson in editing-for-character, wasn't it? Jim was the only one on that team I would hire, based on last week's show. He was absolutely spot on concerning the team's weaknesses.
And yes, I think next week we'll see him spanking himself and biting the heads off live bats in the boardroom.
How thrilling this must be for Jim's family. On the other hand, would it not be funny if he won? I'd like to see a nutjob like Jim working side by side with the Martha and the Ice Maiden Daughter.

Who knows what Jim comes from. He is so obnoxious. Every week my husband and I are so disappointed that someone messed up more than Jim so therefore Jim won't be disappointed.
All of these post about Jim being smart and a possible good employee,and blah, blah, blah. Has anyone ever had the one person in their office that steals credit for everyone's ideas? Wouldn't you love to work with someone who is never a fault? Would it not be great to work alongside someone who will make sure he comes out smelling like a rose every time? That's what working with Jim would be like. Those people are not smart they have gotten through life by standing on the coat tails of other talented people.

According to his bio, Jim is from "The Main Line" of Philadelphia, long associated with fabulously wealthy families. Little doubt then that Jim and (trustfund) Bethenny are comfortable in their friendship of entitlement.

Has anyone else noted that Jim's ears move when he speaks and makes facial expressions? It's like when he smiles or moves his eyebrows up or down, his ears sort of flip-flop around and create odd shapes.
