Battling the allergies, so I'm going to see specialists: Drink of the night Dr. (Jack) Daniels Dr. (Jim) Beam Dr. (Johnny) Walker right, as if All with green tea, fresh ginger and honey - and lots of water. Snack of the night Wish I could say brie, brochetta with tapenade - but it's my neighbor's chicken soup. Actually her chicken soup is quite good. Also, they're all doing a dance type that they haven't done yet......... and the group Country dance will have many lifts etc. that give the judges fits. (It's purely for the fans voting, the judges won't score it.....) Edyta took Jason to a Freestyle class to help him get a better feeling for dancing styles. Dancing the Cha Cha to "The Best of My Love" They thought that it was good, but not great..... he was caught counting/mouthing the beats.......... Derek takes Shannon to the beach to loosen her up, including using the Hula Hoop for her hips..... and we even get a smoocha! Dancing the Rumba to "True Colors" The judges didn't find it too exciting...... Shannon doesn't want it to end......... because she wouldn't be able to talk to Derek any more....... Marlee, who wanted a boost of confidence of her own called in Henry Winkler for some support.... (Ayyyyyyyyyy!) Dancing the Mambo to a Spanish-language song, and I got no clue on what the title is......... Between the hankie used for wiping Marlee's brow, and some other small item, they had some clean up after themselves..... They again had some difficulties, again missteps/losing the beat, they looked like they were forcing it at times...... This week, however, Tony took her to an arial arts class to try to conquer her dizziness in these slower dances...... It seemed to work..... Dancing the Viennese Waltz to "My My My Delilah" but it's to a Latin-style beat(!?!?!?!?) Another set of glowing reviews from the judges. Dancing the Rumba to "Let's Get It On" Len thought it was too raunchy, and there was a lift..... Bruno needed an ice bucket. Carrie thought it was better than good sex..... but there was that lift...... *gulp* Scores: 9~9~and a smoking 10! for a total of 28. I noticed that Shannon still wasn't moving her hips, even though Derek was... I think they got more points than they deserved. I thought the judges were too critical of Marlee... I guess they're hinting that she will be voted off soon. The producers probably tell the judges how to score and whether to make negative or positive comments. I think the winner was decided before the season started. I skipped the second hour, or was it just half an hour, of the show. I watched Quantum Leap instead.
