Day 1 3 pm. Natasha and Sasha Doing a duet as their solo, final set of first round cuts. They both make it.

First round is a bust. Chyna really messed it up. She gets a second chance to do the routine.
More failure montage.
Wadi performes even with cramping up. (Always borrow Shankman's crutches) gets to move on even with the cramps.
Hip hop round catches fire montage.
10 pm the round isn't over, 8 asked to dance again. All 8 make it to the next round.

Seedier side of song and dance. Girl's character is trash in a good way. Guys don't seem to be getting it.
Jason filling in while Adam is getting a knee check at the doctor.
Shortest couple got pair up. As well as naughty girl from auditions both through. Naughty girl Jordan, owned that routine. Wadi, rocked it and through.
Broadway get rave reviews montage.
Vegas Veterans--Jeremiah through but with questions. Rebekkah, has to bring the personality and not enough (wants to dance for her life)

Nearly half eliminated.
Jason's Jive. Hard on the feet.
Natasha worried about the lifts. Not with the largest guy.
Split them up and have them do it again, get her a stronger guy, want to see it happen and get new partners and another chance.
Ryan from last season and Sasha. Sasha danced with legs too open but through to the next round, as is everyone else in the group.
Girls kicking off their shoes montage.
Natasha has the Professor..Worked much better with this partner. No words to the joy you brought to that routine says Nigel.
Both sisters through.
One group left. Jeanine's sister in the last group. Alexis, fine dancer, but a question of the level of maturity. She will dance for her life.

I've got a bad feeling that Natalia is in trouble -- either she is taken to the hospital after her performance or she falters during contemporary.
BTW, what caused her dizziness? 24-hour virus? Dehydration? I hope it's an illness like the 24-hour bug rather than being dehydrated, since dehydration would imply that she doesn't know how to take proper care of her body. And I remember that hurt Jessi in Season 3.

67 remain. And this is the traditional bloodbath round.
Travis Wall Choreography.
Ryan in real pain, tail bone pain (worried it may be broken) Get an Xray done and see how she is. Nigel wants her to get sorted out before any decision.
Natalia not doing well. Medic takes a look and sends her off to the hospital. Natalia tells Sasha to get back in there. She said "what the heck" as it is a family show.
Straight Line (Sasha's group up first, she is with Natalia's second Ballroom partner) She is through to the next round. Bryce also through.
Street Dancers can handle contemp montage.

Natalia--how are you feeling? Make you stand there a bit longer why you should be in the top 20. Got Mary crying with her answer, almost made Nigel.
Natalia safe for now, as well as Sasha.

Thanks Snidge. Didn't see all of it, so this helped fill in the details. There seems to be a little resentment against Natalia for not having to do the contemporary round. Especially from that guy who has had trouble getting past the contemporary in previous seasons.
And.... maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think Natalia is that good.

I can't help but think that the Natalia angle is a way to deliver some sort of "It Gets Better" type of thing. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about her being bullied for her weight, wanting to be a dancer like her much slimmer sister, etc, etc, etc.

She moves really well for a woman her size, but this just isn't the show for her. Contestants have to excel at all forms of dance, just not ones that don't require partnering, especially lifting kind. I think that is understood, and pushing her along in spite of her size does a disservice to the other dancers who are capable of it. I think they let her go as far as they possibly could because of her weight and they wanted to try and inspire people, but in the end it just doesn't cut it. I hope she finds a niche somewhere in dance.

I was thinking those same things about Natalie. She does dance well and she dances with joy, but she just can't to the leg lifts and some of the other moves. I don't know what happened with her first partner, but he seemed totally pre-occupied the whole dance about the lifts that were coming up. If she should make the performance shows, many of the men that she would partner with are quite small.
They seem to be kind of random about who they give second chances to, either re-do's, dance for your life, or in Natalie's case, completely skip a difficult round.

I agree with you about Sasha & Natalia being the last 2 girls to find out which one makes it. And I'm willing to bet that it's Natalia who'll hear the bad news. I'm sorry about her having diabetes, but that's going to be why she's cut. They can't take the risk of having a girl who just developed diabetes on a show which will be really challenging. But at least she can root for her sister -- and Sasha will get a fanbase as a result.

They really hit the jackpot with Natalia, didn't they?
She's not typical-dancer size (although we're viewing her next to a lot of smaller/fitter/thinner than average people, she may in reality be more of an average size.) She seems like a nice kid, very hard worker, good sense of herself and her strengths and weaknesses. She CAN dance, so while it feels like they're stringing her along a bit, she does have skill and certainly spirit to back it up.
Plus, she has just found out that she has a disease which should allow them to boot her for a medical reason and pat themselves on the back for giving her a chance.
And she has a sister. Perfect story!
