"Top 20" Dial idol sometimes has a lot of trouble predicting with the lower call volume of users for SYTYCD but I did see some interesting trends in the data this week and so I figured I'd start tracking it and people may want to check it out before making PTTE lists. Now this week only Caitlin and Jason even got a Dial Idol score higher than the margin of error. There just weren't a lot of busies, so that makes it hard to predict. "RE: SYTYCD5 Dial Idol Info" They may be all over the map, but there's one clear thing I noticed: Asuka & Vitolio are nowhere near the Bottom 3 either with raw numbers, Dial Idol scores, or busy signals! "Top 16" Again not a lot of data to go on, but we have this No DI scores given Busy percentages (gives you an idea of the overall vote) Janette and Brandon 18% Jeanine and Phillip 16% Melissa and Ade 10% Randi and Evan 7% Everyone else 0% Votes cast (all have a K after them and tell you who dial idol users were voting for 3.04 Kayla and Kupono 2.92 Caitlin and Jason 2.78 Janette and Brandon 2.70 Randi and Evan 2.03 Melissa and Ade 1.30 Asuka and Vitolio 1.23 Jeanine and Phillip 1.14 Karla and Jonathan I did a quick combination (may be totally unreliable, but the two lists are different enough this says who did well on both and who did badly). Gave a pure rank for the number of DI votes then a rank for % busies (and the four that were tied were given 6.5 which averages ranks 5-8) since we don't know where they really are Two teams were top 4 on both lists and two others were high enough to be in the top 1/2 of the field. Probably safe Janette and Brandon Kayla and Kupono Randi and Evan Melissa and Ade. Maybe at risk. "RE: Top 12" The total votes only really show who dial idol voters (and ones who got a busy signal, I got one all night) happen to be voting for. So that can sometimes skew that part of the data especially at these low vote volumes as you can get a pretty unrepresentative sample.
