"RE: From spoilerfix" Ok lets guess what Kate's original crime was (yes, many already have). I think it is pretty obvious that it will be something done in self defense with the intent of portraying Man Killer Kate sympathetically (sp?). Her mother is still alive and kind of afraid of Kate. So my guess is that Kate killed her father while he was beating her Mother.
