I guess we knew from the commercials that Derek had purchased a ring and intended to propose. I guess we also must have know that he would not actually get around to proposing. I think that show was written by the same folks who bring us endless "after the break" comments on all those reality shows. Gah! Bringing back Addison is only good if she is actually on screen. *swoon*

Izzy and all the testing was a bit goofy. George was right, and the interns should have called her on that. This story line will not go well, but not surprising given how they started it (ie the ghost of Denny).

Miranda and Peds - interesting connundrum for her. Chief wants to move her up in general surgery, but she seems to be gravitating to Peds. stay tuned. The heart-wrenching of working with sick kids would be tough for a lot of people.

Another lesbian for Callie. Is this an upgrade? Certainly better looking.

Good for Lexy wanting to be a real couple with Mark (ie not a couple in hiding) and good for him actually trying to be an adult and speaking to Derek.

But all the normal story line stuff last night was really just filler for the REAL purpose of the show - the mysterious magazine article with the list of ways to spice up one's sex life. OMG the thunk when the mystery object was removed - too funny. And all the innuendo and comments about the magazine list. That was giving me the giggles.
