I said last year BB should give them a couple of weeks to adjust and then fine them for every time they sing. I can see people honestly forgetting, but last year the nerd herd would purposely sing because they knew it ticked off BB. They knew the rules before they came into the house. Most of them complain constantly and yell or cuss at BB. The nerd herd again were the worst at it. They didn't hesitate to tell BB to f off when someone told them to put their microphone on or to come to the DR. Many of them do the same thing this year. Except for a couple of minor grumbling about being told to stop obstructing their microphone or something similar, I never heard Jani, Howie or Kaysar say anything nasty to BB. They also were the first ones to thank BB and the fans. The others only complain about the fans because they aren't popular. Figure out why you aren't popular, people.
Besides the singing, many of the other rules have to do with safety. There were a number of times in the backyard when someone was told not to do something like jumping across the pool or climbing on furniture. I'm sure they are worried about getting sued if someone hurts themselves. Look at Krista suing them after she willingly laid on the counter kissing Justin while he held a knife to her neck. Thanks to her that aren't allowed sharp knives in the house.
I feel for the people working the show. They have to put up with constant complaints about the food, the comps, lockdowns or just getting these people to obey common rules. It can't be fun sitting their late Saturday night taking their verbal abuse.
