Jeff Probst: It started with a dream that Austin had. He contacted Make a Wish. Make a Wish made it happen. We got Austin out here to Nicaragua and he had one real goat. That was to be able to pitch a challenge and get it on the show. He pitched a challenge and we used it. Thirteen year old Austin created the challenge for us.

This is how it's going to work. The first part of the challenge, they have to get through this. They are chained together, so that make it a little more difficult. Make your way through the hay. Then do the over and the under. Then come over here and fill the bucket up with water. Run up this (teeter totter) and it comes down the other side. Then run up in here pour the water into the bucket. When you get enough water, probably three or four trips, it will lower this , then do the little football thing like the tires. Then come over here and you've got a massive Survivor puzzle. It's gonna spell out "Blood vs water."
