PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."
I wasn't sure what to think. She came in and didn't speak which is bad manners. They know that is her way - to shut down and keep to herself. Okay. she hasn't improved. They knew she went to Urgent care and questioned her when she came in. But the questioning was all about "could she work on the 5k and then some <expletive deleted>" It didn't sound like genuine concern about her health even though they started with "you okay, they sprained, no?, then bleep.."
She's been a runner. Sprained ankles can be a bain of a runner's existence because they never fully heal. If she ever plans to return to athletics this will be a problem for HER, not this week's task at the house. And yet, in the voice-over she was feeling the pressure of how she was going to keep helping for the 5k.
I think she gets what she is supposed to do but has few skills about how to say what she needs to say to people.
