Oh, I didn't get the impression that Christie was sharing a goal...I thought it was more like an unrealized dream. Even if she decided to go after a "lifestyle" (normal lady doing normal stuff) modeling career, it's still a long shot. I'm not sure that is the type of modeling she wants to do. I think she's looking for lots of make-up and glamour. The truth is, unless she landed something like a sizeable pharmaceutical campaign, she'd be lucky to break even after putting together a portfolio of useable pics.

I do have a sneaking suspicion that she sent her photos to modeling agencies when she was a teenager. She probably didn't generate much interest beyond, "yeah...pretty girl". Sure, she's attractive, even pretty...so are lots and lots of girls. There really is nothing about her that would differentiate her from 50 other pretty girls.

I saw her page with the modeling info. It's far from anything that would be taken seriously. But that's the internet - anyone can be anything. If she had done legitimate work, her client list would reflect company or publication names so that her claims would be verifiable.

I know that PJ from one of the other houses went on to model for a plus sized store. That didn't surprise me actually. Her face was great and she photographed well. Besides that, she was young. True, she was a big girl, but her proportions were much better than Christie's.

As for Christie, I won't be at all surprised if she ends up in a modeling agency waiting room courtesy of Starting Over. If she was to get signed with them, that would be a first step. If she ever books a job is another question entirely.
