It was her BFF casting associate, that's well known by now. Parvati was on Samoa during 19 and was aware of Russell's game play. She was pointed towards that alliance. Other than that major unfair element, I've not heard of anything else. That was enough. The casting buddy got fired. Amanda wasn't the only upset player.
