"No Reward Challenge" ...there's an overnight trip between Rob and KAthy, but it's just that-- and overnight meeting with pizza, Coors Light, sleeping tent, etc. -- but no apparent RC (at least not as of when they are turning in for the night.) Rob and Kathy make a "pact" and shake on it after Rob convinces Kathy that Zoe isn't her friend and that the MAra's have targeted Kathy as the first post-merge bootee. ...however, both seem leary of the alliance, so who knows how long this will last. -SB   Top

No clue why they are dumb enough to move to the camp with no crabs and fresh fruit, I don't think any footage was shown regarding the decision. After arriving the labor camp at Rotu bussles with activity -- and Sean doesn't even complain! The next day Rob confronts Zoe about the "vote out Kathy/Neleh/Paschal" plan while Zoe and Kathy are alone doing chores away from camp. Zoe very ackwardly denies knowing anything about such a plan and that she never said anything -- Zoe is a terrible lair, I hope they don't play poker on that island of her's.   Top

Exactly what does a historic murder have to do with Survivor, anyhow ? If you are right--and I have reason to question your assumptions--Why didn't Jiffy P explain the connection between this ominous find and MaraRotu moving to the Rotu camp? I thought I was watching a bad parody of Law and Order. LOL. I really did read somewhere, that the Tapiocca--that Sue and Kelly W.--were struggling so hard to find did not grow on the island naturally, but had been planted there by Burn-it's crew. IpsoFacto--why couldn't they have planted that skull as well. It all seemed kind of bizarre--not to mention more than a little fishy to me.   Top

"RE: A Night of Mysteries my @$$" Timeline: the lawsuit was filed well before this episode was shot, so the legal battle had nothing to do with the skull. Nuku Hiva is full of archaeological sites, and it's no big surprise to find "remains" in the remains. TP was wrong about a lot of things that were cloaked in Survivor security, but a lawsuit is public record. The lawsuit was settled in Burnett's favor, btw, but may have still been ongoing at this time even though almost over. I don't doubt that's exactly why there was no choice about where to move and why we didn't see it. You know there are these invisible guys cracking the whip and calling out the time to them. That's not being a loose cannon, that's keeping a promise that, while she might have regretted making it, she did make. She has openly admitted to playing the game, but she also said she wouldn't lie. She has proven to them that she does keep her promises, so if anything, she's made herself an even more valuable pawn.
