PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats, but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are encouraged to read the complete guidelines. "is this a good career move?"

In the car yesterday I heard a radio ad about what one of last year's contestants is up to.

The Premier Laser Hair Removal Salon in the metroplex is advertising something called the "Nikki McKibbon Special". With this special you get a free autographed picture of Nikki with the purchase of a bikini line treatment. You also receive a thong specially selected by her.

I hope this is not the fate of all 3rd place finishers, I don't want to hear about a Kim Locke back hair removal special in the near future.

edited for clarity - which has never been my forté.

1. "RE: is this a good career move?"
No, I don't think you have to worry about that with Kim Locke.

She finished right where she was "supposed to". She didn't advance further than she should have and thus, won't suffer the Fox treatment where they try to do their best to pretend that she never existed and slam her repeatedly through the next incarnation of the show. (Love that final reunion on stage where they brough back almost all of the AI1 contestants back except Nikki and even released a press release later stating Tamyra Gray finished 3rd)

According to Nikki's website, she is trying to get out of her contract with 19E. They wanted her to do country, but she doesn't want to go that route and is hoping to leave. They've pretty much sabotaged her career.
