kawee 101 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Blistex Spokesperson" 07-19-02, 05:26 PM (EST) "Gerry ..........says some dumb things" I couldn't believe it when Gerry was explaining to Danielle about his shirt, written in Spanish, with a boy's name on it. He said something to the effect of, "blah, blah, blah, Mexican kid - he's not really like a Mexican" or something. Does that mean he doesn't speak Spanish? or what? Wish I could remember what he said. Did anyone else hear this and did it rub you the wrong way or am I just being weird? And for him to say this to Danielle was really dumb... she's already agg with him about this kind of comment. Opinions? Or does it just not matter what Gerry says anymore? LOL   Top

"RE: Gerry ..........says some dumb things" LAST EDITED ON 07-20-02 AT 03:10 PM (EST) I saw this live on the feeds. The shirt is written in spanish, but it's for his DAUGHTER, not the friend. He explained the shirt as being in spanish because his daughter's best friend is of Mexican descent and his daughter is apparently is really into Mexican culture (I'm not sure what that means, if he's talking about foods, language, traditions, or whatever) or something like that. My take on the comment about the friend was that it was something like "but he's the most un-Mexican person that you've met" and that among the two of them, basically GERRY'S DAUGHTER was one that had the interest in Mexican culture and knowledge of the spanish language. -SB   Top

"RE: Gerry ..........says some dumb things" Gerry seems to be trying to prove to Danielle and Marcellas that he's not racist or homophobic or whatever - but someone needs to tell him that ~nobody thought that in the first place!~ All he's doing is pissing even more people off and after saving himself for a bit, he's starting to dig that grave again. What's really weird is that his own alliance members want him gone as well! ----------------------------------- Now let us never speak of S3 again.   Top
