"Rhonda's assignments v. Iyalana's"
I have been watching SO since the first season and I'm just so curious to know why Rhonda's assignments are so extreme compared to Iyalana's or even Rana's when she was on the show. I mean the pink, lacey dress and treating her like a little kid seems to nail it on the head compared to writing down feelings or telling your roomies that Winona Ryder has nothing on you.

I so disagree ~ Iyalana is so awesome! She sees right through people and her assignments are also QUITE intense along with Rhonda's. Think about the transference she has dealt with from so many, as their Life Coach. You know work is being done when the women you are working with initially hate you and then come to know you are the greatest spirit they have ever known. She is able to get deeper and assist with the work that need to be done during the stay in the house. She gives it to you straight and I love it!
