Agreed Lanna42 ...I didn't see what all the hoopla was about, it wasn't as if they institutionalized the woman...it was a metaphoric jesture to trump Kelly's fears...primarily of the mental illness her mother suffered. Kelly has deep seated anger and if it bothered her so much, we would have seen rage out of this world...and I do believe she's capable of rage. She wasn't "restrained" in the manner alluded to .
At least, Kelly realized she has no fear of the jacket, per say, just inheriting her mother's mental illness. I'll just have to agree to disagree with the other posters who feel it was inappropriate as "I certainly don't".
Strange, I happened to like Denise, too. She was a card, wasn't she? I liked her humor and didn't think she was as much a bully as some did.
