It was a great show but the jidges really were a bit too much on several of the dances

Pairs

1. Neil/Sabra-Jazz- Loved the story, the song and the dancing. Neil blew me away. I hope and think he makes the finals based on last nite

2. Neil Sabra-PD--I loved this one and the end with Sabra as the bound bull going down Neil's body was amazing!!

3. Pasha/Lacey- Smooth Waltz- THat was the best waltz of the year and they did it beautifully

4. Lauren/Danny- Contemporary...I liked it but thought it was a lot of running around...I really did not understand Nigel's comments...did I watch the same dance?

5. Pasha/Lacey-Hip Hop I liked it but thought lacey wasn't used enough and Pasha was ok but not all that...not tight enough Lacey had good moves good being a mannequin

6. Lauren/Danny-Disco-meh, not a big disco fan. I thought this was clunky and disjointed.

I would be ok now with anyone leaving but Neil and Sabra

1. "RE: Rankings Top 6"

Solos
Girls:
3. Lacey
2. Lauren
1. Sabra

Boys:
3. Neil
2. Danny
1. Pasha

Pairs:

6. Pasha/Lacey- Smooth Waltz- I thought this was a good dance, and could have been wonderful, but her lines were never fully extended. He was fabulous as always.

5. Neil/Sabra-PD- I liked this one, but for me it was not the best of the night...even if the beautiful and talented Sabra is in it.

4. Lauren/Danny-Disco-I liked this one also, thought it was one of the best Disco routines that they have had. There were some moments/movements that we did not need though.

3. Pasha/Lacey-Hip Hop-I liked this one also, however I think that she should have moved a little more because of all the previous judges comments about partners that did not move throughout the routine.

2. Neil/Sabra-Jazz- This was nice, and I loved the story. Strong performance by both.

1. Lauren/Danny- Contemporary- Loved it. My favorite of the night by far. There was a whole story, and the chemistry was completely hot between them. I do not think if another couple had done it that I would have liked it so much, but these two seem to move together for me.

Dance Ranking:
1. Danny and Lauren Contemporary - loved it. They move together beautifully. I think it's great that it was so emotional without being sappy. Gorgeous.
2. Neil and Sabra Paso Doble - the only thing this needed was harder stomping from Neil. Other than that, wow. The ending was awesome. DH and I were all, "Whaaat?" we had to rewind it a few times.
3. Neil and Sabra Jazz - these two tonight. Wow. Their movements over the table. Such control. Another rewind routine.
4. Pasha and Lacey Hip Hop - Lacey really impressed me here. I had to watch this one again to watch Pasha. Fun choreo and great execution.
5. Danny and Lauren Disco - fun.
6. Pasha and Lacey Smooth Waltz - meh. It was nice but on a night like this, it needed to be more.

Couples Ranking:
1. Neil and Sabra
2. Danny and Lauren
3. Pasha and Lacey

Solos:

4. Sabra

3. "RE: Rankings Top 6"
1. Neil/Sabra- Jazz-- Loved this!

2. Neil/Sabra- Paso Doble-- I didn't think I would have this ranked so high because I wasn't overly impressed with it. It was good.

3. Pasha/Lacey- Hip Hop-- Very fun. Cool idea. Just wish Lacey wasn't posing for so much of it. Needed more dancing from her.

4. Danny/Lauren- Contemp-- I liked everything except the ending. "Aliens" dacing to Celine Dion. Ok, Mia!

5. Pasha/Lacey- Smooth Waltz-- Very pretty. Kind of boring.

6. Danny Lauren- Disco-- I just don't like the disco routines! Make them go away!

Solos:

1. Sabra
2. Lacey
3. Pasha
4. Danny
5. Lauren
6. Neil

4. "RE: Rankings Top 6"
I have to qualify my rankings by saying I missed the first 15 minutes of the show because my kid turned off my recording to watch cartoons.

Couple dances:
1.) Sabra/Neil Jazz - This was great dancing and use of props (the table), and told a story. It had it all.
2.) Lacey/Pasha Smooth Waltz - Very elegant, danced close together with correct technique.
3.) Sabra/Neil Paso Doble - I loved the doughnut at the end (although Benji & Heidi did it better last year). I marked them down a little bit for technique here and there, but overall good job for 2 Contemp dancers.
4.) Lauren/Danny Disco - First of all, I hate Disco. But second of all, Danny looked like he was straining to lift up Lauren in the lifts (did not look smooth and effortless at all), and there were lots of hesitations making them seem out of sync (with the music and each other). Danny did seem to be having fun, though, which is an improvement for him.

(Missed L/P Hip Hop and L/D Contemp. dances)

Solos:
1.) Neil - Neil has really improved his musicality and the dancing between the tumbling/tricks.
2.) Lacey - Liked her latin solo must better than last week's West Coast Swing solo. I was impressed that she did the whole thing on tiptoe like she was wearing high heels even though she was barefoot.
3.) Pasha - I enjoyed the way he included a "partner" in his ballroom solo. I wish he would've done more latin steps, which were the highlight of his solo.
4.) Danny - Didn't seem as good as his usual solos.
5.) Lauren - Lauren staggered out of both of her spins. She took extra steps all over the place, and was not balanced.

(Missed Sabra's solo)
