"Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern"
Maybe it's strange that I watched four straight hours of this over the weekend because they were having a marathon showing on The Travel Channel. The show is pretty self-explanatory. Zimmern travels all over the world to taste different "bizarre" foods. It may sound like a full scale Survivor gross-out challenge, but Zimmern and crew make this disgusting premise work, mostly due to the interviews they have with the people who prepare these dishes.

It's also kinda fun to play along with the idea of "would i?/wouldn't i?" when it comes to the food selection. Personally, I'd try nearly anything that comes from the ocean at least once. I dig seafood. However, I wouldn't eat bovine brains if my life depended on it.
