I love these Ballroom girls! And watching them in the 2 Contemporary routines, they were good in those too, so they should go far. I think Whitney has the edge over Lindsay, but they're both good.

Mary. hit that out of the ball park. May be a challenge. You are three of my favorite dancers in this top 20.
Zoey. Astounded. Incredible. Very different strengths. Each dance is my favorite.

I like Travis' routine better than Mia's routine. There was too much emphasis on the sunglasses in Mia's routine, and not enough dancing. All the girls did well, but Eliana stood out for me (and the Ballroom girls didn't stand out, which is a good thing).

I haven't had a chance to see last night's episode but I was wondering if there was anyone in the top 20 that we didn't see either in Vegas or their audition. I think we've seen most of them. The other thing that I'm always curious about is of those whose auditions we saw and who went to Vegas, how far did they get? Do we know everyone's fate or were some just dropped quietly? I know the other two Dragon House members left or got cut after the hip hop round but what about the two who were in the car accident?

Tiffany and Will were given no special time in auditions or Vegas. Clearly it hasn't hurt them at all (Will made top 8(?) and Tiffany made top 4.
By contrast, both Eliana and Cyrus got backstories during the audition and Chehon's amazing solo was shown in Vegas week. Cyrus also got a fair amount of face time in Vegas whereas Eliana and Chehon (outside of the solo) were relatively invisible, iirc. I guess that's what happens when you spend so much time on Alexa!
If I recall correctly from season 8, we saw Melanie's audition and then she was not seen in Vegas whereas Sasha was seen in Vegas but mainly because of her sister. Her dancing was rarely singled out.
I don't think there's anyone that's been heavily pimped in Vegas that went on to win, is there?

I would start after the first week to be fair. The results are the next week bc no Thurs show anymore (so I guess they tell the people who are out? or else their dances are with all stars so no one is w/o a partner on dance nite)
So actually we would start with 18. After the show on Wed. July 18, 2012 you would have a week to put in your will go and should go lists.

That is a logical suggestion. Do you think it would be an advantage or disadvantage to get to dance with an all star? The quality of dance should be high, but will the attention shift to the allstar?

The jidges get two bites at the apple before they have to boot people..I guess until top 10 then All Stars?
I think the 4 people going next week is because of no show on July 4th. They may have to do it again bc they usually get done before Labor day so at the end end of shows on these dates...
