Short cut wasn't so short. Hip hop routine. Actually pretty good and funny in a good way. Nigel. Everyone enjoyed that. Demitrio you wobbled more than popped. What got the pair together. The one dated the other's sister. The tutting wasn't good. Shorty's technique better, together a great act. Mary. Adorable and fun. Entertaining. Mia. She lip reads. Nigel uses some hand gestures while talking to her. Your technique is not as good as it could be but how hard it is doesn't show and I would never guess you are hearing impaired. Mary. I have to agree with Nigel. It hasn't been easy and many people doubted you. You are an insipration. So many people don't make it. What you are doing today makes a tremendous difference. I see the light in your eyes. You make me happy even if I am crying. Mia. Asks what inspires her. Also the music I just hear it differently. Nigel. Loved two things, danced out of shoes and slapped own butt, but wow, giggle. Nigel. You are not a great dancer but you are a great entertainer. Mia. No to choreography. Mary says yes. They are very bright, but lack the skills to succeed against students trained to study properly and were given a good foundation. What would Jarvis be like if he had been put into dance class at 4 or 5 years old, and had a bit of focus/meditation techniques? "RE: SYTYCD6 Audition 2 Season Premiere 9/16 ECST" I liked Sasha and Allison most -- Sasha because she did so well, and Allison because she reminded me not only of Marlee Matlin from DWTS 6 (whom I didn't vote for, mainly because Kristi Yamaguchi was in that same season and I was voting only for Kristi), but also of a former Miss America who was deaf -- Heather Whitestone. I loved Heather because she was deaf either from an infection or from drugs that were used to treat it, and yet she was great at ballet! In fact, I met Heather once when the Miss America Pageant was still in Atlantic City and my parents & I went down for the parade (this should give you a hint that I don't live all that far from Atlantic City). We went to the Taj Mahal to get seats for the parade and while Dad & I were waiting for Mom to come out of a bathroom, we saw Heather & her husband (I forgot his name) walking really fast. When I realized it was Heather, I wanted to go after her and ask for her autograph, but we didn't want to leave Mom behind. Luckily, she came out soon afterwards and we were on our way after Heather! We caught up to them outside the entrance to the casino, where they were trying to get a cab so they could head to Philadelphia for something. And I managed to get Heather's autograph! We then let them go -- forgetting to ask them if we could take them back to Philly in our excitement! I would've given up the parade for the chance to be with her! But it might've been just as well, since I'm not sure they would've accepted it.
