Thunderstorms approach, Warning is up until 8 pm.
So far Fox hasn't gone to all weather all the time, but they seem to cut to that just before prime time and they won't pass up the chance to pretend to be a second tier cable station rather than put on an Emmy winning Network show.

For the un-indoctrinated, in these parts, the plural of crab is crabs - as in hot steamed crabs- and don't think I didn't get many a chuckle from that when I first saw it.

Poor Evan.
Adam. That was great you guys. This whole thing was this will sound weird. Like a bunch of nevers. I never saw Jeanine coming and you dominated. Evan never saw you in the top four and it wouldn't be the same without you. The molehill that became the mountain. At this stage it is important to try to get the kids through and Sonya you choreographed to their strengths.
Mary. I thought the two of you would be a good partnership. Jeanine you stood out a little bit more for me. Emerging every week, and Evan you are no punching bag and you held your own.
Nigel. This is an enormous stage so have to bring the performances up. Jeanine you have the strength. Evan you have to take over and be responsible for your own destiny and you are well loved and have to step up. I love when you jumped on her back some great things and it showed me how strong Jeanine has become in technique and personality.

Adam. Goes nuts that was so good. I always saw the two of you in this place. To get you see you dance together is heaven. Kayla there is nothing you can't do. Brandon you are an animal out there. Fliped her over that is sick. Don't know how this will end up. You tore it up.
Mary. You guys are terrific. I don't think so are you crazy, you are rock stars and front runners from the beginning, fabulous together, I don't expect anything other than the very best you are super heroes.
Nigel. They are, they just shown us why they are in the top four. Shows how strong they are with the spins. C-Pimpage even if named after a cookie. You both brought entertainment value. I asked you to fill the stage and you did. When I had my heart attack I didn't have a blond throw her leg over me and I probably wouldn't have come back. Starting to feel the show now.

You are such a beautiful woman I love your shape your smile and your dancing is so full of warmth and kindness. You don't need that plastic flower. You just fought Brandon back.
Mary. Oh my goodness. From the first time I laid eyes on you I saw you coming. Peaking right at the right time. Elevated every dance partner. You lift people. That solo is the best thing you've done on this show.

Adam. Crossroads. Evan you got a little dusted (boos). This is my job. I've never gotten booed. Evan your natural sweetness I couldn't get rid of it, you had the character, but it felt like a character. Brandon was nasty and might have one.
Mary. Evan, what is the nastiest thing you have ever done. Grams, put your fingers in your ears. That is a toughy the list is so long. Mary loves that answer. you are so loveable and likeable. Brandon you did a bit better job more dynamic. Good luck to both of you.
Nigel. If you speak to the choreographers everyone says Evan's work ethic is beyond reproach but there isn't a nasty bone in your body. Chuchi face. Cat pinches his cheek. It is unfortunate. When you take Mr Nice guy it doesn't sit comfortably, but Brandon also out danced you.

Adam. I'm not sure that was a finale level routine for me. Boos, Wow two in one night. It should be a blood bath, not docking Country Western (after Mary gangs up on him too). I thought that was a strong showing for you Evan, the lift series was fantastic. So musical. you had a great bounce in there. Just not competitive.
Mary. I know millions will call for these two. I think the routine was phenomenal. The dancing. Evan you weren't as strong, the leverage the connection you have to have, you faked it. you should have been jamming and swinging your arms. Dancing in your own world instead of using each other. But Kayla stole the show anyway. you were jamming up there and I love every second you were on the stage.
Nigel. Both had guns blazing and they brought personality (crowd chants for Evan) You just heard it. I have to say Evan was there for you all the time Kayla. The retractions were good. Kayla where has that personality been all season, if you put that with your technical ability that was more than I've ever seen.

Adam. I wanna talk about the season more than the solo. I don't think the solo showed who you really are (cuts off the boos). I know this is for America's Favorite and some of the best dancers have been on this show. Travis, Will, Danny, and Kayla you joined them in that club.
Mary. You are simple and plainly gifted. you are just gifted, touched by an angel, you legs your lines you are exquisite.
Nigel. There is no question she's been strong. Right from the beginning the first one we put through into the top 20 and all been vociferous. I would have loved to see more personality and they brought it. When the judges say all that the audience feels they will do what they want or they think she is safe. Thank goodness they voted her through as she deserves this.

I felt it was really, I guess I'll go with unfair for lack of a better word, or maybe a bit of a double standard, if I think about Nigel's comments on Evan's solo and Kayla's.
Kayla's solos are constantly kick, head tilt, twirl. Not that those aren't lovely but they aren't very intriguing or personable. Evan's character mode makes him endearing and his style really works for that.
But then for Nigel to criticize Evan's solo and barely mention what Kayla actually did was just far too much Negative Pimpage and too much You've-Got-Great-Legs Pimpage. If I could vote from the Great White North I'd be burning up the phone line for Evan out of spite.
