PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

I told myself I was going to go spoiler-free this year, because I think the spoilers are one of the reasons I didn't LOVE last year. They kinda ruin the show for me. And yet, here I am. *sigh* I just wanted to see how they were paired though. I will not come back into this thread! (maybe)So anyway, let's see here... Couples that I am excited about: Matt/Kourtni-- I didn't really like her, but I think they will kill Jazz this week. He is totally adorable. Chelsie/Mark-- For some reason I think this is going to be a great team. I really liked what I saw from both of them, and she will be able to help him with partnering skills. Courtney/Gev-- Two of my early favs paired together. I think it's good (for the most part) when teams are composed of people with different styles so that they can help each other out. Here we have contemp/hip hop. I hope they're great, but they got the dreaded Doriana Disco. NOT happy about: Kherington/Twitch-- I thought her audition was way overrated, and her perkiness and perma-grin got on my nerves quick. I love Twitch and I wish he had someone else as a partner. Jessica/William-- LOVE William, but she seemed like a bit of a bitch from the little we saw of her during Vegas week. I'm not writing them off yet, though. Maybe she was just stressed out. I'll have to re-watch my tape to see why I thought she was nasty, 'cause I really don't remember now. Everyone else is kind of 'meh' to me right now. I have no real opinions, which is a good thing, so I am looking forward to see how they match up. Come on Wednesday!

Twitch. He's one of the few B-boys who can mover than pass in the other dance styles. "I have a fear of selling out," says Twitch who auditioned last year only to lose out to fellow B-boy Hok. "Selling out would be doing something that I don't want to do for a paycheck or a little recognition. It's happened to a lot of people." Kourtni Lind She's got an edgy, unique style, and she's daring. The teen recently moved to Los Angeles to jump-start her career and prepare for the show. "I have less money now than I've ever had in my life,k" she says. "Rent. My car's in the shop and gas is $4.45! I was making a lot of money in Minnesota {as a dancer}. Out here, it's like, I can't eat! I'm living on cereal--Frosted Shredded Wheat--and oatmeal." Chelsea Traille This former Mavericks dancer is such a joy to watch. She has the "it" factor. Plus success could be Traille's best revenge. "My heart's been broken a couple of times," she says. "But I think a couple of people are going to be kicking themselves after they see what I can do!" Susie This high school teacher just might surprise you. "I'm a blank canvas. I'm ready to go." says the dance instructor, who will miss a semester at Ronald W. Reagan Senior High in order to follow her dream (and her buddies Kameron and Jimmy from season 3). Jamie He knows how to put on a show. After all the two-time U.S. Swing Dance champ had the best teachers in his friend Benji Schwimmer (Season 2 winner) and his former dance partner Lacey Schwimmer (from season 3). "West Coast Swing is its own world," he says. "It's such a fun, social dance--something you can do to almost any piece of music, at any given moment. Grab a person and just burst out." No new pictures, just the same top 20 group shot.

I am intrigued to see what Napolean and Tabitha's choreo is going to be like. I loved the numbers that Shane Sparks did (I think there was only one meh one for me). He really tried to stretch the genre.

I'm pretty much in line with you but I'd switch Thayfort?/Comfne? with Jamie/Rayven in your listingI like Joshua I think if they get into B3 the judges will save him and cut her/he (along with Mark) are the only ones to get their speciality I don't remember Marquis at all Let's see if Chelsea and Chris can channel Travis/Martha...the TV Guide spotlites Chelsea so is she better than we've been shown...Sabra anyone? and YES BRANDON GOT ROBBED...I need a siggie tribey!!

28. "Top 16 SYTYCD Spoilers" |
http://idolforums.com/index.php?showtopic=555135 I just brought over the whole post
Kherington & Twitch / Hip Hop / Napoleon & Tabitha Courtney & Gev / Rumba / Tony Meredith Comfort & Chris / Jazz / Tyce Diorio Jessica & Will / Disco / Doriana Sanchez Chelsea & Thayne / Quickstep / Heather Smith Kourtni & Matt / Contemporary / Sonya Tayeh Chelsie & Mark / Hip Hop / Napoleon & Tabitha Katee & Joshua / Samba / Tony Meredith QUOTE okay, if i say amazing more then once, it REALLY WAS because it was amazing. ahah seriously such an amazing show. still hyper and giddy from it. here is the breakdown. btw, third judge adam shankman, dominic/hok/jesus/melody and eveeennn amanda bynes in the crowd. Kherington & Twitch / Hip Hop / Napoleon & Tabitha Song: "Dont Touch Me Now" Busta Rhymes (greeeeeeat song) Im not gonna ruin the story or the plotline for you, but IMO, this is more so the weaker piece of the night. It was JUST alright, which is definitely not good enough for tonights show, IMO. I dont really remember judges critiques either, but I know it wasn't all positive. I can really care less for this piece, both very talented dancers though. They can both dance, OBV.
Courtney & Gev / Rumba / Tony Meredith Seriously for all you people saying, this couple is exactly like sabra dominic, uhhh... this piece was SERIOUSLY sabra dominic part dos. both danced it very well, courtney looked hot in her dress, prepackage is hilarious, gev is seriously a ball of effort. i am SORRY i barely remember any of the judges critiques, and adam shankman talked FOREVEREVERVERVEVREVRVER, love him to death, but was getting bad... haha. pretty positive feedback from what i remember.
Comfort & Chris / Jazz / Tyce Diorio AHHHH. You know i love my comfort! i could be SORT OF bias with my opinions on this one because i LOVE the song (marilyn manson - beautiful people), the choreography amaaazing. african jazz with a spunk of raw animalism thrash jazz sorta thing. unfortunately not much technique involved but where there were, comforts technique was horrible. turned in everywhere, sickled foot. ugh. chris was whatevs. however IMO, i still thought the piece was interesting all throughout. they really needed to dance bigger and harder to keep up with the music, and they really didnt. =(
Chelsea & Thayne / Quickstep / Heather Smith Another weaker piece of the night. Unfortunately the quickstep is the kiss of death on this show. I thought they did it justice in my opinion. I love this couple, but since week one they have been falling behind. Mary kicked Chelsea off the "hot tamale train" and she also added that thayne is BARELY holding on to the train. I love watching the quickstep, but i feel like the choreography was kinda dull and boring. unfortunately this one is definitely the weakest piece of the night, IMO and they will FOR sure be seeing the bottom 3.
Jessica & Will / Disco / Doriana Sanchez wowowowow. VERY VERY HARD piece. you know doriana loves those lifts and crazy tricks. will definitely deserves all those great things he's been said. he proves himself week after week. he is just amazing. can dance anything and everything. i am not a big jessica fan, and i agree with the judges that she did definitely step up this week. the tricks and lifts were executed pretty well. the ending was a bit of a mess. overall this is definitely one of the better pieces of the night, and JUST might be enough to save jessica's BOOTAY!
Kourtni & Matt / Contemporary / Sonya Tayeh okay... SO LET ME CATCH MY BREATH FIRST! i loooooooooooove sonya, if you dont know what kinda stuff she choreo's, its time to open up youtube.com and check it out. she choreographs some fierce sh*t. definitely and "oddball" which i am ALL CRAZY for. and what better couple to choreograph on. words cannot explain how much i loved the choreography. i ALREADY CANNOT wait to see what the piece looks like on TV. colorful, youthful, unique, bouncy, technique, this piece was everything you can imagine. they did so well, and i remember the judges saying that matt needs to relax more, but IMO that's bull. he danced his butt off, and i can see in his eyes that he was lovin every minute up there. serrrrrriously one of my favorite routine ever on this show, and i know most of you will agree. ps- this song was upbeat and fun =)
Chelsie & Mark / Hip Hop / Napoleon & Tabitha haha all my MARK AND CHELSIE FANS =)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! get ready to be WOWed yet AGAIN! seriously this couple is DEFINITELY one of the better couples on this show. THIS PIECE was AMAAAAAAAZING. standing ovations from everyone in the studio (meaning the bleacher seats). the song was Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis. lyrical hip hop obviously. Im not gonna tell you the story of the piece, but was EXECUTED AMAZZZZZZZZZZZINGLY, and so much emotion, both of them killed it. I saw that mark was gonna kill it but chelsie too. DEFINITELY one of the best pieces of the night. TOP 2!!! Great critiques from the judges. caaaaaaaaant wait for all of you to see it! Katee & Joshua / Samba / Tony Meredith This kinda scared me... because it was the closer of the show. BTW, let me express my feelings right now... for all of you who are HATERS of Katee & Joshua, let me have a heart to heart with all of you. i KNOW you dont like her because she gave attitude right before she made top 20. i KNOW you dont like them because you think they get PIMPED i KNOW you dont like them because they get "easy" routines. Well this piece proves that they ARE one of the couples to beat on this show. SERIOUSLY im OVER everyone complaining about them, and im so GLAD they killed it. A ballroom piece being the closer of the show freaked me out at first. They both did SO WELL. Katee is seriously just SO TALENTED. can do ANYTHING, and joshua i mean seriously SO TALENTED. Obviously if you wanna get down to the nitty gritty and get really technical katee did better than joshua, but HONESTLY the piece as a whole was SO AMAZING. The judges gave them great critiques. I hope you all are happy with who you like!!! IMO my bottom three is: -Chelsea & Thayne -Comfort & Chris -Kherington & Twitch/ Courtney & Gev
Top Three (IN ORDER): 1. Chelsie & Mark 2&3. Katee & Joshua / Kourtni & Matt *twitch* Thanks tribey!

LAST EDITED ON 07-01-08 AT 11:50 AM (EST)I'd rather they do a 90 minute show with 7 than a rush job to get 14 in two hours. I know idol tends to be way too tight with 12 performances in an hour. Now I think they tape SYTYCD so that may allow for a bit more tightening up, and with two dances per they'd probably do 7 filler packages and do the last half back to back to back. Still I can't understand why'd they do double before the top 10 finalists, when they usually start that stuff, IIRC. This still counts as "semi finals" for me. I'd rather see 7 good performances than mostly 1/2 azzed ones just to try to stuff 2 hours too full. ETA: are these from a known person spoiling? or a new person. Sometimes you do get people just going for attention, and I'm always worried about that when something doesn't seem to add up.

I cannot wait...from the comments I won't be disappointed!! Although for the other dance I saw a post in idols forum that talks about the depimping of Twitch...ala Hok...he's not taken to other styles...that is Mia UGH...could they be trying to boot him before T10 ala Hok? Bc I really think they want Will to win this thing this year and Twitch (and josh) are in his way. Sorry glowie I think Mark will probably go at 8 or 6. Quickstep ugh and Bollywood? what is that Indian dance?

50. "RE: Top 12 Spoilers" |
Before reading any spoilers about how people did.Chlesie and Mark Salsa and Broadway Two upbeat styles, likely they will do pretty well at both. Not sure if either really will showcase them that well going into the top 10. Comfort and Thayne Hip Hop and Contemporary. Only couple with no Ballroom/Latin this week. I'm interested to see if Comfort's Hip Hop that someone else choreographs strikes me any better than her own stuff. I still think she's awkward with her feet (in how she steps, not the sickle foot thing that Dr. Kegel goes off on that I'm not sure I saw enough to understand that level of outrage). I get the feel from when she does her own style she likes the kinda stay in one place and do interesting arm things more than moving around, so I think she just isn't comfortable with her lower body as she is with her upper body movement. She is one of the few dancers I don't mind when the camera crew goes all close up on her. Jessica and Will Contemporary and QuickStep. I think this week may show if Jessica really is able to keep up with Will or not. I don't hate her or anything, but she hasn't done much to impress me. This week she could either really impress me or really disappoint me. I think Will will do fine regardless. Courtney and Gev Cha Cha and Jazz Really looking forward to Anya and Pasha doing a routine. Really like the musical selection for that as well. I think they'll do well with the Jazz routine as well. Kherington and Twitch Krump and Smooth Tango Either this is going to really cement them as front runners or be something they can be depimped about. Regardless of how they do I really think they have the fan base to be really safe. Katee and Joshua Viennese Waltz and Bollywood. If the order of the spoilers is correct I suspect the Bollywood routine is really good. If it were at any other position in the dance order I really would be much more worried about the train wreck potential of it. I think they'll be fine at the Waltz, not sure if it will really stand out, but I'm expecting a decent performance out of it.

51. "Jessica King out of the competition!!!" |
This is an email being sent out by Jessica's father:As many of you know Jessica had been dancing the last couple of weeks with very sore ribs. Saturday morning she was unable to get out of bed and make it to rehearsals. She was taken to the hospital where they did an MRI. The MRI reveled that she had two broken ribs and a third one fractured. The MRI also reveled that the broken ribs had injured her lung and the lining around the lung was inflamed (pleurisy). There was also a build up of fluid in one lung. The doctors treated her but would not give her the clearance to dance. Jessica has been officially removed from the show and will not compete this Wednesday. The doctors say that it will be at least a week before she can travel to come home. Her mother left Sunday to be with her. As for the future it is still rather unclear. Jessica plans to be in the show’s finale which airs August 7th. The producers have also told her that if she is completely recovered and has the doctor’s clearance she can take part in the tour which rehearsals for begins in late August. However the producers said that the tour was very grueling and it will be difficult for Jessica to be ready. Of course Jessica is devastated by this. But she is also very tuff and strong willed. She has already taken up the challenge to get over this injury and to be part of the tour. Jessica and I appreciate all the support you have given her thus far and very much want you to keep her in your thoughts as she recovers. Thanks for your support. Stan

Also, for the results show, there is supposedly 3 group routines:One for just the boys choreo'd by Chuck Maldonado (stepping) One for just the girls choreo'd by Mia One for everyone- Bollywood I'm really excited for this weeks show. Hopefully reading the spoilers won't ruin it for me. I hadn't read any of the previous weeks and found that I was enjoying the show more each week, so "fingers crossed" that the show can live up to my expectations this week. I'm really excited to see the routines by Courtney/Josh and the Pas de Duex, because they're all getting great reviews. Also the Comfort/Twitch hip hop, but I'm not really invested in either of them. Comfort better be kicked off again this week or they're going to have holy hell on their hands. Flashy moves by Tribe!

I just read that the judges told Chelsie that this AT was better than the last one because she has so much chemistry with Joshua. I just... I can't breathe. I hope that comment gets cut out because that's just about the stupidest thing I've ever heard. If it's true, I cannot wait to see it because... good lord the stage must have gone up in flames. Wonder if they'll tell him his technique is better than Mark's. If so then it must be absolute perfection because Mark and Chelsie looked pretty freaking good to me. I beg of you ALL to please watch this again before tomorrow night's show. I mean, if you all recall, Mark got praised after that. Good news is that he is going to murder (the good kind of murder *grin* ) this hip hop. I have no doubts about that (which of course means they'll show that first and the foxtrot at the end of the show). I'm starting my finger exercising now. *dial* *wait for message* *hang up* *redial* *wait for message* *hang up* *redial*... A ho's (and Snidge's) work is never done.

My fear is that the tango will now be more authentic. Joshua will dance with a whiskey and cigarette, and Chelsie will be in hooker garb and prance around him (Take a shot of Jack Daniels if a rose is involved). And it will be sleazy, Sleazy, SLEAZY! GawdI would love to smack Nigel with a sock full of manure.

Are these shows shown live or taped? I figured that the shows were live or, if not, than same day only to cover for big snafus. It just seems strange that people would already know who did well and who didn't well before they are allowed to vote. It also seems weird that Cat Deeley would keep referring to "tomorrow" for the results when it isn't tomorrow. It's like all the people in the studio: dancers, judges and audience are all in on a joke. If I were there I'd be tempted to shout out "in 3 days" when Cat says tomorrow.

107. "RE: Top 6 Spoilers" |
LAST EDITED ON 07-29-08 AT 08:33 AM (EST)Josh has partnered all three girls. It's been the longest since he had Katee so that makes sense. I wouldn't say Mambo is Twitch's strength as much as I wouldn't say a Waltz is Mark's weakness. Mark actually does really well with ballroom (not sure what everybody else is watching). I would, however, say that Jazz is Mark's strength (almost) as much as hip hop is Twitch's. And Sonya for Mark is as close to Wade for Mark as it's going to get for me... which isn't very at all but I love her quirk and Mark should do really well with it. The only unfairness I see here, as far as styles go, is with Josh and Katee. Katee with the contemporary AfreakingGAIN and with Tyce AfreakingGAIN. And then there's Josh with nothing catering to his style. He should pull the Paso out pretty well though and you know the "judges" will slobber all over him whether he's good or not... but I do expect him to stomp and be manly very well. ETA: and. Shankman as the third judge is wonderful for a Mark fan. If I lose My Sweet Mark this week, at least I know he will go out with good routines, fun and new choreographers, a good partner, some praise, and as evidenced by his complete shock at being safe last week, with style and grace. A ho's (and Snidge's) work is never done.

I like Shankman a lot. And, he did a great job directing Hairspray. Too bad they didn't give him Mamma Mia.

http://www.realitytvworld.com/news/so-you-think-you-can-dance-finalists-hospitalized-after-collapse-7587.php"Out of fairness for the finalists, Murphy explained that there were "no more rehearsals" on Saturday after the hospitalization and added "all rehearsals were called off" on Sunday. "The other two could not rehearse as well, and so hopefully everybody is going to be in the same boat," Murphy told People. "Hopefully everybody will be refreshed by having a full day off."In addition, Murphy said the Top 4 finalists have been rehearsing 10 to 12 hours a day in anticipation of So You Think You Can Dance's two-night fourth-season finale. "They want it so bad," Murphy told People. 'So they keep pushing themselves and pushing themselves and not letting anybody know that, 'Hey, I'm running on empty,' and then it catches up on them and then they collapse.' "

That's a shame. They work these guys too hard.Selfishly, I'm hoping that means more Mark (and Will) on the finale. I know it's an unreasonable thing to hope for but I can still hope. Give T&J a break. A ho's (and Snidge's) work is never done.

I know some people figured it was the girls because they are skinny, but I figured it might be the boys as my impression of guys that age is they are more likely to just try to muscle through something than listen to the body saying you need to take care of me. I think the girls would be more likely to stop and take a drink of water if they need it.

http://idolforums.com/index.php?s=6a3907ff633f06df1bccb2a313321074&showtopic=555135&st=8000Ok guys, I'm back from both tapings & have some pretty great spoilers for you. It has been a ridiculously long day and I'm utterly exhausted so this is going to have kind of the bare-bones stuff. I promise that I'll have detailed spoilers tomorrow (they'll probably be better then anyway after I get some sleep). They really broke up the taping today, so I'm not sure of the exact order of the performances, but the solos are in order & hence the numbers for voting will be these. The first dance was the Twitch/Courtney hip-hop by NappyTabs. It was NOT a lyrical HH; more hard-hitting, but IMO not as hard-hitting as Mark/Comfort's. The story was about a jealous girlfriend seeing her guy in a club, and kind of giving him a "beat-down" - she was (fake) kicking/hitting/punching him a lot. The next dance was Josh/Katee's contemporary by WADE!! It was a very emotive piece. Wade said it was about love being hard work. They were a couple going through/making up after a fight. Very basic lighting, costumes, no gimmicks. The girls' Broadway by Tyce was next. Like EagerContrarian said it was done to The Trolley Song from Meet Me in St. Louis, but it was an instrumental only version. I was very upset that they got this genre b/c I feel that Courtney & Katee's contemporary talent was wasted. Hello, is it too much to ask to have a CONTEMPORARY routine for 2 CONTEMPORARY dancers?!? Anyway, they had to dance with these white lace parasols. The story behind it was that they had to hurry to catch this trolley. It was nothing very exciting; I was kind of left wanting more. Their costumes were IMO pretty bad. They were the same costume just different colors: Katee in pink & Courtney in yellow. I think they were supposed to evoke period costumes but it was like only the upper half of the dress with like a bustle/"tail" thing on the back. I'm sorry I'm not describing it very well; ABTJess will probably be able to do better. Josh & Twitch did their dance next. It was a Russian tapa (?) routine. (I know that's not the right word, but I can't remember the correct one-it definitely started with a T though.) You know, the Russian type of dance that has a lot of jumps, floor work, guys squatting on the floor kicking their legs out; whatever that dance is called, that's what the guys did. It was structured as a battle between the 2 guys. There were so many great jumps, leaps, etc. It was like each of them were trying to one-up the other. Twitch did a lot of the floor work. Josh had these jumps that got incredible height plus he did a lot of the turns. It was such a great, exciting dance. It got a standing ovation which I thought was legit. It was probably my favorite dance (at least in the top couple). (As a Mark fan, I have to say that it would have been very different if he was in it instead of Twitch. I don't know if he could have pulled it off as well as these two.) I felt sorry for the girls after Josh/Twitch b/c the guys' was just way more of a crowd pleaser than the girls'. (This is all of the Top 4 performances they taped in the first session.) The first dance after the break was the past seasons' contestants all doing a dance, but I missed that. Sorry Twitch & Katee's foxtrot by Tony & Melanie was next. He was in a full suit & she was in a light blue long dress. It was pretty good. Twitch's technique has improved since the last time he had a standard; his frame/topline was better. Personally, I think there have been better foxtrots on the show, but that's probably because the guy was a better partner dancer than Twitch. Twitch was definitely better than last week's fiasco that was mambo. Katee had beautiful lines, etc like she always does. IMO there was some serious OTT critiques from the judges after this dance. The last partner dance was Josh & Courtney's jive by Jason G. (can't remember the last name) First of all, they weren't even in ballroom shoes; they were wearing sneakers (in Josh's case) or sneaker-boots - if that makes sense - for Courtney. I think this contributed to some of the footwork problem; I thought the lines were a little off. They had some really cool lifts at the end & finished with an around-the-world lift. They then filmed Mia's Top 4 group routine. It was a little weird. They were all dressed in costumes made of tartan & all had different costumes. The guys were shirtless & the girls had on dresses. There was this sheet thing they used at the beginning of the routine. There were lifts with both guys lifting both girls, emoting, everything else that comes with a Mia routine. I was kind of watching the girls the most b/c this was the best & only time to compare them in their specialities. I thought they both did well. There was this one lift the judges commented on where the girls are in a kind of handstand on the guys shoulder & Katee (w/ Josh) was more vertical & Courtney (w/ Twitch) was more horizontal & the guys were running across the stage. The judges said that Katee did better/got more height in the the lift, but I kind of thought it was choreo'd that way. I guess we'll never know. They all did solos next. They did them out of order but here's the real order: 1. Courtney: I really liked it. She was in a yellow dress, did what she normally does. I usually like her solos, so it's not a surprise that I liked this one. 2. Twitch: very good. As always, his musicality was great and there was humor in it. I think it may have received a standing O. 3. Katee: a normal Katee solo. If you usually like them, you'll probably like this one. Me, not so much a fan of her solos, so it was my least favorite. 4. Josh: AWESOME!! He started off on the stage, then ran up to the judges platform & danced on that, ending in a split. It was probably my favorite solo of his. His skills are just amazing. He got a standing O after it. In the afternoon, they also taped Nigel doing a tap number with the Debbie Allen Academy dancers. The Jonas Brothers performed their hit "Burnin' Up". Let me tell you, the screams were pretty much deafening. And Mary performed a samba with Dmitry. It was fabulous; as they say, worth the price of admission. Finally a samba with samba rolls & other important samba technique. Mary looked GREAT!! I hope this satisfies you all until tomorrow. I'll have more judges comments and other details tomorrow. My memory will probably be better then after a full night's sleep. Enjoy! Looks like Josh may win this thing...

LAST EDITED ON 08-05-08 AT 01:08 PM (EST)LAST EDITED ON 08-05-08 AT 09:09 AM (EST) Keeping this in spoilers rather than over in that thread. As before the dancers came in three major groupings so I lumped the dances into the same three major groupings. These are the since they made the top 10 dances. Katee Hip Hop 0 of 9 Jazz/other 7 of 9 Partner 2 of 9 78% "in style" Twitch Hip Hop 3 of 9 Jazz/other 3 of 9 Partner 3 of 9 33% "in style" Courtney Hip Hop 3 of 9 Jazz/other 2 of 9 Partner 4 of 9 22% "in style" Joshua Hip Hop 1 of 9 Jazz/other 3 of 9 Partner 5 of 9 11% "in style" ETF Josh's numbers, was right in the spread sheet, but read the wrong row when typing it here.

it goes in Hip Hop. He had No Air with Katee and the Dave Scott one with Courtney. He's definitely the one (out of the four left) who has had the most routines outside of his style. By far, I'd say. Katee has stayed pretty comfortable. She's gorgeous but I really do hope that comes into play when people are voting. I get more and more sick of her constantly getting contemporary/broadway with each passing day. (Which is probably the idea.)

LAST EDITED ON 08-05-08 AT 01:25 PM (EST)In the top 10 (which are these stats) He only had one. He had two over all. I think Katee only had one Hip Hop, the one before they broke up the pairs. The biases of the random draw are more obvious in the top 10 subset than the season overall. Full Season Katee (56% in style) 1 of 16 Hip Hop, 9 of 16 Jazz/Other 6 of 16 Partner Twitch (31% in style) 5 of 16 Hip Hop, 5 of 16 Jazz/Other 6 of 16 Partner Courtney (31% in style) 4 of 16 Hip Hop, 5 of 16 Jazz/Other 7 of 16 Partner Joshua (13% in style) 2 of 16 Hip Hop, 5 of 16 Jazz/Other 9 of 16 Partner

It's this from TWoP that has me slightly more bummed than happy."I missed the dance with dancers from past seasons, but this is who I can remember seeing who was in it, as I walked in just after it was finished: Thayne, Jaimie, Ivan, Benji, Melody, Lauren, Dominic, Hok, Chelsea, Kourtni, Gev, Dima, Comfort. There were probably more, but it's 1:00 AM and my brain is fried." Dima being Dimitry (or however he spells his name). Travis? Allison? Natalie? Danny? (I think the presence of "D-Trix" and Hok explains that absence. I'd rather see Danny. obviously) Blake? Snow? Anya? Pasha? But YAY for sweet baby Ivan and Jaimie! a syren creation
