I did at the time do a search and they have enough stuff out that they might have a case for it. I think the show had already gotten going to where they probably couldn't force them to change the name of the show. They may be able to deal with this without really mentioning the lawsuit. I just read that the band will be using the name Rockstar:Supernova in order to get around the name conflict. This way the other band Supernova can't complain (with a legal basis, anyway), and can't get anything from them. (I'll edit to add a link when I can - I read in an article from my ISP's entertainment section, so can't link to it. Just thought I'd put it out there, anyone else heard this?)
