"How do they come up with the Pairings?" |
I've never heard it discussed how they come up with the pairings. Do they try to match up size, or just have a random drawing? I wonder how far Julianne could take someone like Wayne Newton or John Ratzenberger. Apolo and Helio have gotten VERY lucky! (not that they didn't come through with some great moves...)

It's quite obvious THIS season that Julianne didn't get so lucky!!And Cheryl, who had Wayne last season, finally has someone she may be able to actually work with and mold into something. Last season, didn't Karina have a dud, too? And this season, she has another amazing Mario, who already is turning heads and being predicted as a top runner. Really interesting. I'm sure they aren't always so thrilled with the choices!

I think she looks as if she weighs about 160 pounds. For a guy to hoist that much weight into the air while dancing, I think he must do a lot of upper-body strength training.
