PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

I think that "alliance" is too strong of a word to describe the behavior that's taking place. First, people brought together under these circumstances are going to make at least one or two close friends among their teammates. Second, failure tends to polarize the responsible team while the search begins for who was responsible. I don't see anything different here from last season when the PM consulted with others (their friends) about who to bring in and the likely boardroom candidates who discussed the probability of going to the BR with their friends.Subman, you have a valid point. Toward the end of the first Apprentice, you wound up with the four remaining guys as 'friends' in two separate groups: Bill/Nick and Kwame/Troy. Also, everyone thinks that Stacie J. was mistreated and singled out unfairly for termination but it really wasn't all that different from when the guys turned on Sam last year.
True both of them (Stacie J. and Sam) began with some over-the-top behavior, but I think Stacie J. pretty much settled down after the first episode and appeared normal. Sam on the other hand was pretty consistent in his bizarre behavior (sleeping in ep. 2, and the way he led the men in ep. 3)

subman - I agree with your assessment that "alliance" is too strong a word. It's more simple friendship than anything else.Captain Savem - I disagree with your hypothesis that Katrina would've been fired before Ereka. Ereka was weaker and last season the one with the weakest potential was always fired with the exception of the drama king and queen Sam and Omarosa. I think Nick would've been fired instead if Ereka hadn't had the breakdown and had brought Katrina in. I think it's obvious Pamela and Ivana were roommates from the last ep. Question: It's 9 vs 9. Are there 2 people living in singles or is there a co-ed room?
