The fact that Magna knew a cell phone was the number one technology gadget was a big plus for them. They did research.

Alex and Chris return to the suite. They are telling their Boardroom stories. Morning over Manhattan. The teams leave the suite without our usual phone call and meet Donald in a clothing studio of some sort. We have Michelle substituting for George today. Oh, they are in the design studio for The Trump Collection. Teams will design their own line of clothing for American Eagle. Each team gets VISA with $5,000 limit to purchase electronic gadgets, must design wearable technology clothing. Bren has exemption since he was winning PM last week. He also tells the teams they both created meatball pizzas last week. Alex will be PM for NetWorth. He has lots of ideas for designs. He assigns Angie to make presentation, Chris will be accountant. Tana will be PM for Magna. Tana and Kendra head to American Eagle store to see what kids are buying and what gadgets they like, what design ideas they would like for their gadgets. Chris is as Best Buy and spends $3,935 on gadgets, picks up dinner and meets with Angie and Alex. Chris realizes he's lost his credit card. He calls Best Buy but they're closed and he only gets a recording.

Trump Lesson of the week; Let Nothing Get In Your Way. Chris returns to Best Buy to retrieve his credit card but it isn't in the store safe. He's frustrated and is craving tobacco. Who is the guy with him? Magna is at the American Eagle design studio. Tana designs a 'Wearable Tech' logo to put on the clothes to distinguish their product. Craig and Bren are throwing ideas how to incorporate the gadgets for mens clothes. They turn to Kendra for her ideas and she says this just isn't her thing and she doesn't know fashion. Tana reigns them in an says we're going with what we got. Angie is with the designers working out details on their line, it's more intricate than she expected. Alex has a list on whiteboard of duties, Chris has 4 or 5, Alex has like 2, and Angie has like 20 things on her list. Chris is still at Best Buy waiting for his credit card. Bren and Craig head to Brooklyn to pick up the clothes they had silkscreened with their logo. Bren says his 'spidey sense' kicked in (Bob Marley posters on the wall). The logos are backwards, there are spots all over the clothes, but they can't do anything about it. The Best Buy manager finally finds Chris' credit card. Bren and Craig return with the clothes and Tana is not pleased. The guys were in Brooklyn for 5-1/2 hours and the clothes are crap. She says she can either cry or move on, she decides to move on. Craig is covering some of the paint with white-out. Angie is working on the presentation, Alex is working with their clothes. Suddenly they look at the clock and it's 2:25 and their presentation is at 3pm. They don't know where their models are and they aren't dressed. Chris arrives at 2:30 (he spent all day trying to retrieve the credit card!) and Angie and Alex are rushing the models to change. They leave at 2:40pm, it turns 3pm while they are still in the taxi.

It's 3pm and Magna is in front of the American Eagle showroom. Tana is making the presentation. Bren is describing the sweatshirt they designed to hold the game boy. They added additional pockets inside a jacket to hold the Ipod. They added some pockets for cell phones, etc. and describe some of the research they did. They are asked what they think the most popular form of technology is for their customer - their answer is cell phones.NetWorth arrives at the presentation and Chris has forgotten the jean jacket. Angie is making the presentation and she is stumbling. They've called their line Beach Tech. Angie is frozen, lots of 'umms', reading from her notes, which are not organized either. She can't even get the names of the models correct. Their answer to most important technology for their customer is the Ipod. AE folks think Magna's presentation better. Donald arrives. NetWorth told they embodied the brand, but presentation could have been more prepared and convincing, not enough ideas and creativity. They liked the fact Magna did research, didn't hesitate on what technology the kids like. They declare Magna the winner. Reward is shopping spree at Bergdorf Goodman, we're not told how much money they get to spend.

I thought the same thing! WTF? Do high school kids really take laptops to school? I don't know, 'cos I don't have any teenagers, but definitely would seem to me iPods and cellphones are more their style. Didn't have a big problem with the brand name, although they targeted the wrong electronics.

Magna is at Bergdorfs. They have been assigned personal shoppers and the store is opened just for them. Kendra is really getting into the shopping, she and Tana have armloads of clothes. Bren and Craig are trying on suits. They are drinking Dom Perignon after they finish their shopping. Craig compliments Tana's leadership abilities.Chris, Angie and Alex are talking about one of them going home. Alex says they had a better project but the presentation was bad. Angie isn't going to take the fall for Alex's failure to get the team to the presentation on time or Chris's loss of the credit card. They arrive in the Boardroom. Donald is wearing the PTOD (purple tie of death). Alex is asked what went wrong. Angie admits the presentation was bad. (Wow, Michelle, the faux George, looks young. Donald setting up a scenario to hire a woman?) Angie speaks of stress leading up to presentation, including forgetting the jacket and failing to leave on time. Caroline brings up fact Chris lost credit card. Alex admits he chose Angie to make presentation. Angie admits it was her fault not all the clothes made it to the presentation. Angie blames Chris for the loss since he spent 3 hours at Best Buy. Donald calls Angie and Chris losers for being in the boardroom 6 times in a row and sends them all out to talk to the executives.

Carolyn trying to figure out what Chris is actually doing, has a lot of excuses. Michelle thinks Angie really messed up with the presentation, it was a disaster compared to the other team.Donald calls them back in to the boardroom. Donald asks Alex if they lost because Chris left behind the credit card. Alex says no, it was because of Angie's presentation. Angie starts to get defensive and Alex calmly tries to refute her charges. Michelle asks Chris if he could have helped if he was there, and he said probably yes. Carolyn asks Alex if Angie had enough time to prepare, and he said yes. Carolyn asks Alex what his job was, he said to oversee everything, Carolyn tells him things weren't taken care of. Donald is worried about Chris' temper and doesn't want to work with someone whose temper he must worry about. He tells Angie she's had problems and the big thing that worried him this task was that she choked when it came time to make the presentation. Angie, you're fired. If you're going to work for Donald you have to be able to handle the pressure (I bet!) and he doesn't like chokers (oh wait, this is a PG board).

I'm shocked Chris survived again, this guy is a screwball. Also I beleive he was responsible to Networth's downfall. When he had to choose two people to go over to Magna. He chooses Craig and Tana. Possibly the two strongest people in the game. I think that's when Networth tanked. They were the rock of the team (or foundation). Without them the personalities really started clashing. That proved to me Chris is a terrible decision maker. Any responsibility he gets, he screws it up.

He had four people he could choose: Angie, John, Craig, Tana. Sending John over at that time would have been a poor choice. He had one bad week (mini-golf task) and multiple positive performances (at least edits.) Sending Craig over was a completely logical decision. Of the four he could choose, Craig had done very little and he refused to be a leader, I would have sent him over in a second. That brings it down to Angie or Tana. I can see why he would take Angie. I don't remember Tana having a single "impact show" up to that point, meaning that I did not recognize her doing something that cinched a win for NW. Angie was the motherly figure, and specifically for Chris' sake, she has taken up for him at times. I don't think I would have done it differently.
