Actually, it was just 'locked up'. http://www.realitytvworld.com/news/richard-hatch-ordered-back-prison-miss-celebrity-apprentice-finale-1022608.php There's always been a question of just how delusional he is when it comes to this court fight. I don't think he can accept the idea that there's a battle he's not entitled to win just through having entered the ring. Knocked down, sent to the corner, lost time -- and he still insists he can play the system. Or maybe this is just his way of avoiding RussHell. Cross-posting to Survivor shortly.
