Spokesperson" 08-22-03, 11:12 PM (EST) "Robert has a emtional/social disabilty" I think Robert IS SINCERE--he is different from other men. He may have a tendancy to act on impulse and without thinking ahead.-Robert has real, true, emotionally charged feelings for Lisa. He doesn't know how to express them and probably has social problems in real life(in the sense that he is socially inept, but in a sincere way, that he needs treatment for). YOU **ALL** don't know the guy, well, nor do I, but hey, he is who he is. But if America chooses him for Lisa, then American's are a bunch of fools!!! Who can really tell what someone is all about, especially on something as public as "Reality TV". Who really knows what Robert's motives truly are. He's on "Blind Date" and "Cupid" and me thinks I smell someone looking for Hollywood status. (This from someone who has lived in CA for her entire life.) I have traveled to Europe on different occasions. In my experience, the men are more open and forward...HOWEVER...I never felt their affections were necessarily more sincere than any other guy! I just don't think that makes him a bad guy the way some people are saying. As far as America choosing him for Lisa's man, I don't think foolishness has anything to do with it. Lisa took the risk for signing up for the show to begin with and SHE chose him to be in her top 10 guys. If anyone is foolish it's her. She made her bed, now she has to lie in it. But I think she should really blame her friends if he chosen. People are voting for Robert out of sympathy because the way Laura and Kim are blasting him.
