"FV: Other Works; Not For Competition"
I am submitting more of my works just for fun. This is not for the competition. I hope all enjoy.

"The Struggle Within"
Who am I?
We ask ourselves this question everyday.
We desperately seek the answer which we cannot find.
Can the hidden mystery be unlocked?
Perhaps, the answer can be found in our struggle from within.
We take a glimpse of what we lies beneath and are ashamed of what we see.
We often find ourselves at constant war with our inner being, fearful of the essence of who we are.
We feel desolate, wretched, and outraged like captive prisioners trapped within our own skin.
Why could this be?
As unfortuante as it is, we seem to be overpowered by our underlying struggle from within.

"Treasure To Behold"
I'm fascinated with your style and grace, because you are a treasure to behold.
Being in the midst of your presence warms my soul, filling emotional voids in my lonely and shattered heart.
The way you make me feel is so mystifying an experience, like no other.
I'm moved by your touch, a feeling of two souls intertwining to unite as one.
Speechless and motionless is how I am feeling right now.
You are an intriguing individual, one I hope to keep in my grasp forever.
Your delightful soul embraced me and my deep and dark shadows gently vanished without a trace.
I have longed for a powerful feeling like this for a long time.
Thoughts of love and joy appear in my head like a beautiful melody that has been chanted over and over, time and time again.
I will cherish every beautiful and passionate moment I share with you because you are definitely a treasure to behold.

2. "RE: FV: Other Works; Not For Competition"
I enjoyed both of these, two very different works.

The first writing, about the struggle within, asking who we are, is something we can all identify with. It reminds me of the question my teenage son asked me not too long ago, "Why am I me?".

The second writing is uplifting, a tribute to someone who heals your soul and completes your being. It's a rare thing in life to experience, and you express it well.

Keep up the writing and share more with us, ariarnalatrice. One of the marks of every published author is that they write consistently, even though much (or even most) of their work never gets printed. Continue to enjoy the play with words in your writing, all the while honing your word skills.
