Sunny_Bunny 5430 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Playboy Centerfold" 07-15-04, 04:54 AM (EST) "SSC4 (FV) The View from here" LAST EDITED ON 07-15-04 AT 04:54 AM (EST) Sitting on a window seat arms around knees pressed into the corner drawing breath, watching the beauty of mountains white clouds gliding over green trees so like my old view but pale in comparison. I have only one thought-- I despise the view From here. I hear no woodland birds no sweet mountain song only a loathsome, odious sound-- a man-made bird beeping a reminder that my own chick can hear only a song of clipped wings. I can not look his way-- I despise the view From here. Trapped in a window seat Hands clutched into fists Body pressed against a wall Vainly looking for comfort Where there is none. I close my eyes tight Try to block out the mountain, Kill the sound of the beeps. I have to face it but Oh, I despise the view from here.
