PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

“It’s gotten so hard to focus…” Ooh, look at his fins again. Jen couldn’t even explain what was wrong. She was too busy watching the afternoon sunlight refract off of her fish as he turned a lazy circle in his bowl. “Jenny?” “Sorry mom.” Jen looked pleadingly at her fish, and then resumed speaking into the phone. “It happened – just then. I can’t keep my mind straight. It’s never been this bad before. I can’t read for more than 10 minutes without…” Jen noticed some dust behind her printer. “JENNY!” “…10 minutes without getting distracted. It’s so frustrating. And when I finally can focus, and I manage to read a whole book for class, I close the book, and poof, it’s all gone. I have no idea what I just read.” “It’s that bad?” “Well, I don’t forget everything. But I can’t remember specifics anymore. It’s totally useless for writing papers. It’s just-…” Jen’s voice cracked, her eyes watered, and she lost focus again. “I don’t understand. I can remember the most useless crap these days, but I can’t write a ##### essay.” “Jenny, honey, are you crying?” Jen had to smile a little- her mother was listening so intensely that she could detect Jen’s tears. “Y-yeah. I’m sorry. I just wish I could be like I was before. The sponge who could retain everything. I feel like I’m an amnesiac.” “But you read all those books… is it only school books that give you trouble?” “It’s not just books. You see? I can’t even process this conversation.” Her mom said something, and it sounded concerned. Jen was too busy drawing a picture of herself with a screwdriver jammed into her brain to really listen. You've got the looks, I've got the brains, let's make lots of money. - Pet Shop Boys, Opportunities
