The Top 10 changed from: 1 chaos28 11000 2 Gerbees 9500 3 barbfos 9250 3 invitro 9250 3 WillyWonka 9250 6 Mumbo 9000 7 fibster 8750 7 Friggin 8750 7 minnesota1046 8750 7 Salim 8750 7 sweatheart 8750 To: 1 chaos28 13000 2 fibster 11750 2 hearkittykitty 11750 4 Survivor Maniac 10500 5 barbfos 10250 5 invitro 10250 7 Bebo 10000 7 Mumbo 10000 9 Friggin 9750 10 Gerbees 9500 10 IceCatt 9500 10 TONI8942 9500 chaos had an off week (earning only 2000 of this week's 4000 possible points -- hey, for him that's "off") but still managed to hold off everyone else and emerge as the Spoiling Safari grand champion! Congratulations to chaos and all of our 3204 registered players. In the final Blue Man standings, IceCatt finished tied for 10th overall with 9500 points, SurvivorBlows finished tied for 78th with 7000 points, and AyaK and sleeve finished tied for 98th with 6500 points. Again, congratulations to all players and we hope to see you back again in SIX WEEKS when Survivor 4 launches on February 28th! "RE: Spoiling Safari Updated with Final Results And Standings" Webby, thank you for this game! Hope you don't mind if I make a comment about something that disappointed me in the final round. Although I can't complain about where I finished (tied with the 24th), I was thinking last night, well, at least I got 2 of the Final 4 positions right, Tom, and Ethan. I forgot you were awarding points only if you picked the right bootee out of the Final Two. Since I had Lex and Ethan as the Final Two (unlike you, who got it right), I got no points at all even though I got the winner correct. Isn't that what it's ultimately about--picking the winner? Just something to think about for next time. Be interested to hear if others felt the same. Thanks again for all the work you put into it. "RE: Spoiling Safari Updated with Final Results And Standings" Webby: Thanks for a great season and for making this game possible. It is alot of fun, eventhough it can be very frustrating at times. I would like to agree with Outfrontgirl that for next season, there should be a way to be rewarded for picking the Ultimate survivor. I also picked Ethan to win it all, but ended up with zero points for the finale, stuck at 8000 when I had hoped for 12,000. The other thing that I would like is for chaos28 to share some of his insights with the rest of the board. Is he/she a poster somewhere? Could you do an interview with him/her and post it at the beginning of next season? Just some ideas. Anyway, thanks to you and the other moderators for all your time and effort. I read most of the other boards but this is the only one where I post, because it is by far the best. The credit goes to you! I also wanted to add that while I miss Shakes and his insightfulness on Spoilers, the caustic nature of his comments from time to time were often taken the wrong way last season (S2). I was very impressed by the quality of the spoiling and the courtesy of the posters to one another. You've made the Survivorblows Spoiler board the Ethan Zahn of the boards...low key, nice and the undeniable winner! Congratulations and thanks again!
