Communication is Key
That was definitely one of those episodes that proved how important communication is for success on The Amazing Race. And I'm not really blaming Mark & Mallory for their communication breakdown over the bag... They didn't know each other very well, so they're just inherently going to be at a disadvantage at that department. It was a real bummer too, because Mallory and Mark were both in likeable teams before, so it wasn't fun seeing them have such a bad time.

Scores were, once again, really strong overall, with the lions share of the points being wagered on Brendan and Rachel. Jet/Cord caused a couple points to be lost, but nothing too major.
This week's Greatest Gainer Award goes to both IanQuentin and Ontheroadagain, who both climbed 7 ranks overall. Nicely done!
The Perfect Bet Award also goes to IanQuentin and Ontheroadagain, but they have to share this one with adricharlie too. All three of them doubled-up this week.
