That was an interesting leg, having two Roadblocks instead of doing a Detour. It would be kind of cool for the show to try two Detours in an episode, but that might be a bit of a mess. It was surprising how difficult the puzzle Roadblock got due to all the wind!
Louie & Michael finished in last place, but were spared non-elimination.

Very Cool
As a group, we had an excellent week. Jet & Cord were almost the unanimous wager this week, with a lot of people dumping their (+1)s on them as well. With the max bet at 100 points, we saw some huge leaps.
The answer to the (+1) question was "No", as the word "cops" was never used. I guess Louie/Michael are called "detectives" more often.
The answers to the True/False bonus game were:
Brent/Caite, still talking about Carol & Brandy, use either of the words "lesbian" or "lesbians" in this upcoming leg.
-FALSE. They called them "lesbians" in the previous leg, but never once used the word in the Shanghai leg. Suddenly, they started calling them Brandy & Carol.
Dan/Jordan will get the "last word" before a commercial break at least twice in the next episode.
-FALSE. They had exactly one, during the Pasta Detour.
Jet/Cord, just like several other weeks, refer to the word "gravy" sometime during the episode.
-TRUE. The word was used during the Puzzle Detour when the wind started.
Louie/Michael use the word "Roadblock" at least 4 times.
-EASILY FALSE. I'm not sure if they even used the word once, really.
We did have two more players bust out of the game, tribephyl and AddieRacer. Unfortunately, your wagers didn't work out, but I hope you both had a fun time. It was great having you both!

Thanks to a (+1) leftover from last week, CTgirl has overtaken Yogi for the top spot. The cash-ins of the (+1)s really tightened up the Top 10 ranks, with a lot of people gaining 300 or 400 points last week. Should be an exciting finish!

I was trying to think of a cool bonus game involving potentially bidding on/purchasing to use this week, but couldn't figure out a system that would be 1) fair to all players on the point table, and 2) simple.
So let's do something simple for a change.
