First off...Big Thanks for the bright and shiny new forum Webby.
Hopefully, it doesn't go the way of BootCamp.I for one am pretty darned excited about the show.
I caught the tail end episodes of an Australian Search-for-buried-treasure show and it certainly had me rapt.
Add MB to that concept and we can bet on some pretty good drama. The cast does looks hand-picked (one can see that they are all a big bunch of "characters") but you can still sense a bit of "normal everyday person" about them. Even the Chippendales guy looks relatable.
And being from LagunaBeach myself, I'll have to do some rooting for the local girl. (Rooting of both the applause kind and information kind.)

WOW!They gotta stop casting these things from the unemployed DAW lines of Hollywood! Seriously....8 of the 16 contestants from California??? WTF??? In whose book is THAT a cross section??? Burnett needs to mix up his formula more so every show stops looking like Survivor. Crikey! - even the tribal council will be there! Let's see...in this very predictable cast we have the angry female defense lawyer, a "gypsy", a couple out of work "bartenders", an old NFL player (to grab the sports vote), a Chippendale (for the sexy skin shots), and a Rupert look-alike who should probably be a shoe-in for the booty! Not tooooo predictable a group, eh? Com'on Burnett! Shake it up a bit! I ASK YOU: Where is the young, intelligent, professional, very average looking, disillusioned reality show fan from Buffalo??? Someone needs to bring in the "Rust Belt" vote! I even a friends in Canada!!!HAHA! Well...I'll watch it at least once.....
