I have lost all respect for this show! It was pretty clear to me and all of America that the two finalists should have been Ilan and Sam - they won the most challenges. Marcel uses artificial crap in his food - What a repulsive little midget. I hope Sam and Elia kicked his ##### after the show!

You must not watch much Iron Chef, there are plenty of chefs today who use 'chemical crap.' In fact, just this week Morimoto lost to a guy who's primary cooking tools involving liquid nitrogen and that gum Marcel used. It is very common. Sounds weird and disgusting to me too, but if it provides good flavors and good dishes then it must be OK.The fact is that, based on all the judges input, Marcel had the best dishes, Elia the worst, and they had to decide between Sam and Ilan. Hate Marcel if you must, but clearly he cooked the best dishes last night. Personally, I have a lot of empathy for Marcel. He has had to go through this entire competition as a target. Alone. He definitely needs to grown up, but some of the treatment he got (especially when he was attacked) made this a very tough experience for him. I kinda feel sorry for the guy.
