Sorry, I haven't been in picture taking mode. I made this last night and was great up until the sauce part. I don't think I let the wine (I used marsala, as it was what I had on hand) cook off enough before adding the cream. It almost curdled and was an odd consistency. I tried to fix it by cooking it more and whisking it a lot, but it just got worse (the cream boiled, and that was bad).It was a good winters night dish with some oven roasted asparagus. Will be good again today for lunch, but I'll be a little more patient with the sauce if I make it again. I'd also season the chicken a bit with at least salt and pepper. -A Tribetastic Creation
