The sauce was thin but especially when eaten with the rice, it didn't matter. The globs of cilantro bulked it up a bit. I did add some salt and black pepper to it as well. I also thought this recipe was easy. I like to make something like this when we have people over because most of it is make-ahead and DH is involved because he does the grilling. Otherwise, he isn't exactly a huge help. So if he grills, I have time to I do everything else, and he gets all the accolades, but I digress. I am very glad to have it in the rotation. Bouquet by c2p
